25Rude staff. One of them in particular. Showed attitude as I asked a simple question and then proceeded to look at me like I was an idiot because I didn't know. I thought the whole point of customer service was to assist customers with any of their queries.apparently not.
Friendly & helpful staff with a massive range of every party theme you could ever think of- Birthday, Sport, Halloween, Eurovision flags etc. Very reasonably priced PLUS no drama with a refund when I had to cancel order of helium balloons for a party. Highly recommend?
Our go-to party shop in Melbourne! Love the Moonee Ponds team, always helpful and willing to go out of their way to help us. Great balloon arrangements, and a large range of party decorations and accessories.
Was in store shopping for a Christmas an overheard the manager berating her staff, anne think her name was. Very unprofessional poor girl was almost in tears.
The staffs are lovely and you can find easely all stuffs, it's really clean and organized place.
