Bought a couple of costumes for my niece…this mini mouse and a puppy dog and this cute tiara. She loved them.

Went today and had a lovely experience! Was assisted by Sam who was the most kind, helpful and knowledgeable soul. She completely understood our specifications and was able to accommodate lovingly.would definitely recommend for kind, communicative and amazing assistance and amazing looking balloons.

Jessie and Annie were so lovely and helpful today. I’m thrilled with the balloons and the finished product. I can’t wait for my partner to get home and see what I’ve done. Thank you both.

Thank you to the delightful lady who blew up a balloon for my 6 month old to enjoy as she watches how she can move it with her hands and feet. A balloon with a side of laughter was gratefully recieved.

It's always such a pleasure going to this store. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I only buy bake supplies there just because of the great customer service.

Today once again I purchased a floor arrangement. When I came home 2 popped as were a little over pumped. First time it's happened. Annie was awesome about it and organised a new arrangement even though I only wanted to share feedback. I didn't expect a complimentary arrangement but really appreciated her kindness and gesture. I am writing this review to appreciate the exceptional service that was provided by the staff Angella at the Ascot vale Branch! Her customer service was absolutely brilliant, I was helpless to get our Gender revealing function done, and she has so much experience on how to get the celebrations done! And she helped me with everything, thank you very much Angella!

If you would like to purchase party stuff and packaging. This shop is wonderful. The store manager and staff are friendly and helpful.

This party supply store sells a variety of decorations and also offers in-house helium balloon bouquet services. I personally have not tried their in-house services yet but their DIY decorating range is wonderful and well-priced. If you sign up for their free membership, you will get 10% discount whenever you shop with them as well.

Really helpful and support for a last minute birthday decoration dash. Easily accessible from Mount Alexander with easy parking, good range or products and great staff. Thanks Lombards

Enquired about collecting an inflated 'number 1' for a birthday party. Only addition to the balloon was the gas & some ribbon. $42! I went to Spotlight & purchased exactly the same thing for $16.

Very bad customer service! Was wearing my Mask and I was 2 meters away from the door and she refused to serve me because she was lazy doesn't want to show me the different between 2 sizes of bags. I was trying to do the right think by supporting local but obviously you guys don't need our support. Enough said

Excellent place to get your party Balloons and decorations, great customer service and the Helium Gas lasted for over a week on the balloons. Love it and will be back for more!
