Lombard Party & Events Altona

Collected balloons at 1pm yesterday for a party starting today at 10am. The balloons even with hi flow haven't survived the night and are completely useless. As the others have noted great staff but shocking Quality. I was assured with the high flo the balloons would be ok. Shop elsewhere

Sadly, the balloons deflated within hours. Purchased at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon, and by 8: 30am, birthday morning they were already coming down. By 10am only the numbers remained. Having spent $71 on this for my daughter’s 13th I’m shocked at the poor quality. Staff were lovely in store but product and quality is a waste of money.

$25 dollars for a pack of 25 balloons, unreal! I went In on Sunday to purchase several items for my sons first birthday! After visiting the store I was shocked to see the prices throughout the store? I came home and did a cosy comparison with Kmart. What in the end costed me $150 would have cosy me $600 at this store. I believe in spending money for quality however, when I purchased the pack of balloons from both stores I did a test. The kmart balloons which were 50 for $2.50 actually held up better in the end.wont be back after this experience!

I just wanted to say how amazing the staff were at the Altona Lombards. My daughter didn't know what to wear for book week. The staff took the time to help her find the perfect costume which made her so happy. Big thank you to the staff you guys are the best.

Amazing group of people working at Altona North! The manager is a superstar and always helping and supporting the customers needs. Thank you so very much for your kind and considerate customer care. The store was so busy on Saturday and yet they all had smiles on their faces and the effort to wear Halloween costumes was gorgeous.

This is your one stop shop when it comes to planning a party. Always well stocked with everything you need.

Depends on the day. Sometimes they have what you want and other times they don't.
Absolutely amazed at the lack of customer service. We lined up behind someone who was paying for their purchase. Once the customer had paid, the cashier walked away leaving us standing after waiting and waiting, another cashier served us. The original cashier had apparently gone to find themselves a costume.
They came back and began interrupting the cashier who was trying to serve us to ask about the costume she had selected and if it was big enough. Hopefully we won't need to go back here.

Thank you for your reply. However the staff did not swap over. My 13 year old was standing waiting to pay when the staff member walked away. The staff member who served us was serving another customer with an enquiry. It was the customer who noticed the poor service and she asked the staff member to serve us then come back to her enquiry. Kudos to the kind customer.

A spare of the moment decision I needed balloons for my daughters return from OS. As busy as the staff were they took the time to assist & complete my request without hesitation. Alex, your a Gem

Karen was amazing. I went to the wrong location and there was no chance of arriving on time to pick the balloons up. She went out of her way to come towards where I live to give me my order. AN amazing service!

Great collection of party supplies. BEST staff who go out of their way to help. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the party as the birthday boy tested positive for Covid. Shortly after, I did too. The store was understanding of my situation and were willing to accept returns once I recovered. They even printed out the receipt for me as I had lost my copy.

When you come you have to ask for Amy, she will go out of her way to help you and source what you need.will be coming back for my party needs

Excellent customer service especially Billy! They went out of their way to get what I needed and were so lovely to deal with! 100% reccomend.

Today we picked up a click & collect. The service we received from Karen was second to none. She was so friendly & incredibly helpful. Will definitely shop there again.

Excellent service. Friendly staff who are very creative. So many products to choose from. Awesome range of costumes and themed parties. Had a Hawaiian themed party and my decorations looked fantastic.

I sent an email request to have same-day delivery of balloons, thinking it would be a long shot. And I received a phone call within an hour and it was all organised. And let me tell you it’s rare for me to find excellent customer service, but Karen was Absolutely amazing. Hands down the best customer service that I can remember in a long time.
