Great place. Full of party fun stuff and during this time of Halloween, great selection of costumes. But I came here for last minute helium balloons for a child's birthday party and did not disappoint with service or price (even though I think I paid for an extra balloon).
Range of products ok but no better than Spotlight or Big W. Customer service was nothing to write home about. Also they don't appear to want to honour their 'price match guarantee' and their prices are definitely not the cheapest. In no rush to come back to this store.
A lot of options to choose from like any other Lombard. Great service, they explained what I should get and why I should get the different options of balloons.
Great range of party stuff at reasonable prices. You can find cheaper elsewhere, but not all under the same roof.
Absolutely bad customer service, had to pay extra for balloons when they pop while they are filling them with gas in store. No free replacement. Never shop here again.
