Shocking customer service. Needed 2 balloons pumped up, went to the store and the doors were open, walked in and was greeted by a “we’re closed” asked if they could help me out with the 2 balloons, got a “no we’re closed” as a response.

I manage a retail store, and this level of customer service made me cringe.

Had the most wonderful experience with Lombards. My daughters costumes got lost in transit from another company, and I needed a plan b quickly for the party. Josie was so extremely helpful and I received the costume with days to spare! She went out of her way to check stock and personally ensured the warehouse sent it express. A massive thank you! It's not often people want to help any more, but Josie was a legend!

The store is packed full but I found what I needed easily. The staff were all dressed up in Halloween costumes which was cool and were friendly and helpful.

We recently hired wine barrels from Lombards and despite the competitive price, we had a lot of issues with delivery and pick up. Barrels were not delivered on time and were also not picked up on the correct date. Such a shame as the barrels looked amazing for our event.

So rapt that Lombards was able to facilitate fantastic balloons for my daughter’s 13th birthday during lockdown. They were stunning!

The tall young man served me excellently, very helpful and I enjoyed his playful and energetic personality! Thanks for helping me organise a great day with my boys, we had a good laugh!

If you looking for party items Lombard got everything from ballons to mostly anything you need. Staff here are always helpful unless they are really busy. Price of goods would be moderate and good quality. If you are driving there is few paking spots inside and plenty on the road. Very closer to Monne Ponds Bus and Tram stop.

Awesome party store. Heaps of costumes and decorations for every theme! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a loyalty program for discounts!

Really disappointing. We ordered a bunting for my sons birthday nine days ago and we came to pick it up and there was it wasn’t here. We didn’t receive a call to say it hadn’t come in yet and when we ordered we were told it would definitely be in on the day and that there were plenty in the factory. Poor customer service!

Big party supply store in the heart of Moonee ponds.
They do lots of helium balloon orders and even personalise name balloons and balloons garlands.
Busy on weekends, if you want to order balloons for your party remember to place an order a few days before so you can come and collect it on the day of your party.

There are few parkings at the front of the shop or street parking on the main road.
Lots of party supplies for your next event.

Excellent collection of items. We had our birthday balloon done the same day in fact in 4 hours.

The merchandise online didn't correlate with the merchandise in the store and the employees were not that helpful.

Although they didn't have what I was looking for, they still had a wide range. Quality of some of the costumes could be better. Staff was very helpful.

The girls were very helpful in giving advice on a baby shower.they are also having a sale.they also advice us to join their party club.
So we got a great discounts on our total bill much appreciated
