Not very clean.
Policy of not being able to feed your kid the healthy snack you bought was also quite annoying.
Staff also not very friendly. The funtopia nearby is a lot better would highly recommend that over this.

Our kids love coming here & it's close to our home but the place needs to be upgraded. The staff seem like they are always run off their feet & it just looks old and tired. Having my kids here to celebrate a party would be great, but it's just not appealing at all. The toilets were not kept clean and just general cleanlines was lacking. I hope they are more meticulous in future.

We went today and was so impressed. It was very clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and even gave my son a lollipop on our way out.

This is the most dirtiest play centre I’ve been to. Bub and I were the first people to arrive on a Sunday morning. My socks were sticking to the play mats because there was soft drink stains everywhere that wasn’t cleaned. I was horrified when I saw that my toddler was playing with a ball of hair covered in dust
The place still had pieces of chips all over the play area floor, eaten lolly pop sticks and rubbish everywhere. Not to mention the seats in the eating area had oil stains or crumbs, high chair wasn’t wiped down properly, and the straps were muddy brown. Also the wedges we ordered were under cooked and inedible.
I had to walk the manager around to show her how dirty the place was as she was totally oblivious to how disgusting the hygiene of this place was. I’m shocked that no one did a walk through to make sure the place was clean before you open?
Manager said last night they were too busy to clean properly and missed “some areas” and to give them 10mins to clean up the place.
I will say that the staff were nice and polite, however management needs to make sure the basic hygiene is met. Very disappointed and will never step foot in this place again

Had my kid birthday party there. It’s amazing love the food portion and quality of food. All the kids had a good time. Play centre is very clean and most important alots of sitting areas and it’s spacious as compared to other play centres and can easily supervise little kids with no stress.

Was there 3 hours, didn't see tables wiped down once. Putrid place, get some hygiene, filthy animals

Average playground, nothing too special. The lighting is pretty bad here. The food is expensive, while the portion is prettt humble. They should have been generous with that overpriced food.

Suits well for 3+ kids. There are just two actual playareas and they are not big. Good enough to spend few hours. What I don't like that there are a lot of machine that are selling 2 dollar items. My son was constantly asking me to buy some of these balls. I didn't see so many of them in other centres.

Spent the morning here with my grandson and daughter in law, loved it so much my grandson enjoyed it too

Celebrated our daughters birthday here on sunday.everything was well organised, all the foods served was high quality, highly recommend the calamari for the adults.playcentre was clean and well maintained.

Have been here a few times for a drop in play and birthday party. Kids always had lots of fun. Huge space for sitting and for kids to run around. They have teacup ride on certain times on the weekend and an add on (+$5) climbing wall for 5-12 yo. Great party bag and party catering is generous as well, food range is the usual suspects at kiddie's birthday party.

Had a wonderful birthday party. Staffs very helpfull. All guests very happy. Centre is clean. Highly recommended

Not great. Unsafe and unclean and charge for everything after paying an entry fee. Even charge $2 for a balloon. Limited equipment

Good fun for Kids. Friendly staff. Would overthink the menu again.especially the snack platter with veggies

We’ve hired the play centre for private functions many times, staff are friendly helpful and the centre is big enough for all children to play safely and happy
Highly recommend for families

This is a great place to have birthday parties for kids as there are a variety of play area such as bouncing castle, slides, rock-climbing, canon-balls (quite safe), rides, ball pits and a separate area for toddlers. There a little kitchen in one of the corners, toilets and cafe. Also the perfect indoor play centre for mums to bring their lil ones on rainy days.

The place is very clean and is reasonably priced. Plenty of parking available. The staff are very friendly and helpful, great service. The food is alright, they are prepared when they’re ordered.
