Lollipop's Playland and Cafe Sunshine

It's under new management and this people are cheater and fraudulent. Last time when I visited they convinced me to buy membership for $85 for 10 entries. After buying membership, she told me I can only use membership card for 3 children only, for the 4th kid I need to buy another entry as per the policy. They make me upset with their trickeries, to avoid the argument, I just paid the entry fee for another kid and continued.
However, today's experienced was terrible, he told me 2 kids on membership and rest I need to buy entry for other kids.i was shocked with his awful behaviour. But this time I took the stand and told him as per the last term and conditions 3 kids on membership and rest I need to buy. So he responded impassionedly, yes today, two kids and next time you come only one person on membership.

Website doesn't mentioned anything what he said to me.

I been going to this lollipops for long time, and the old management was way better.

I advise the present management to be fare when dealing with the customers. And less trickeries.

Just went over the weekend for my nephews birthday and it was the worst service due to 4 staff calling in sick. The party was meant to start at 12: 00 didn’t get into the room until 1: 00. Food was burnt and terrible. No customer service at all to make these children birthday special. I don’t recommend you go here for birthdays.

Had a birthday party there and the service was horrible! The party food came out late and the food for the adults was cold and hadn't been cooked properly. Staff were mixing up orders, bringing us the wrong food.
The party food provided was barely enough for all the kids. Really disappointed.
We had a few parties there before and it was always great, but now it seems to be under new management and I was really disappointed with what I got considering it wasn't cheap to have a birthday party there.
The Playspace is good and my kids like coming here to play, but wouldn't do a party there again.

We had a wonderful experience here on my son's birthday party. He and friends enjoyed. Good food and affordable price. I will definitely suggest this place.

I was served on paper plates like animals. My food wasn’t even presentable let alone eatable. I got the kids chicken nugget meals and I bit into the nugget and it was lukewarm and squishy and kids refused to eat it.
I got given hot sour cream and when I asked for a replacement the management argued with me. Eating the food left a funny feeling in my stomach.
Play area is great for older kids but the baby area needs a revamp.

First time here and my daughter has absolutely loved it and enjoyed her time here.the place is clean, food is very nice and affordable and staff are very nice and helpful. Definitely coming again

Centre is reasonably good but service is very bad. We were served burnt food. We did bring this to the staffs attention. The cook said it wasn't burnt. My child left the centre on empty stomach and very cranky.

The only play centre that has teacup merry go around thing. Reasonable price. I love the set up too.you almost can see all areas from where you are sitting. No hidden nooks etc. The only downside prob just the food. It's not the best. But then we are not there for the food. So it's still our fav play centre

The place was clean enough, although there were no pretend play areas a advertised.
The staff were the biggest let down.
The front desk didn't mention anything about the ride or the sock rule (there were adults walking around barefoot) nor where to park prams/toilets areas.
The young boy controlling the tea cup ride didn't stop the ride after being asked 5 times (there were 3 upset kids that wanted off). He didn't seem to understand any English and I had to point to the off switch and keep telling him over and over.

The centre was not very clean. A dirty sock in the toddler ball pit area, as well as sticky steps and none of the ball pits were great either. We were there early morning so assume it was left like this from day before. Coffee very expensive for alternative milk. Such a shame as other lollipops we have been to have been so clean. Also only did the teacup ride once in the almost 3 hours we were there. Toilets were horrific.

First time to this centre, was good although when it was time to leave and I'd grabbed my toddler I couldn't exit without having to wait 5mins for an attendant to walk to front counter and press a button and as any parent would understand waiting to leave somewhere "fun" for your child isn't fun

New owner is very rude, tickets overpriced, food expensive and not generous nor nice.
The old owners and place was so much cleaner, friendly and good service now the place is horrible

Don't bother wasting time asking staff to get anything done. Couldmt be bothered to address that the cannon ball area didn't have any balls all day. The best part of the centre basically rendered useless

Very reasonable price… quite small playcentre but clean and well maintained… food is very good… will definitely celebrate birthday for my kids again.

I took my son here today, we are exploring different play centres in the western suburbs. The place was pretty clean, staff were friendly, the play equipment was fun! I didn’t really appreciate all the pay-to-use equipment though. There was a lot of them!
The food was okay, however my chips were a little under cooked.
We probably would come back if i was a local.

Best in the west, good place for kids to play, too many activities for kids, good food, nice cafe.

It was our first visit and found poor cleaning and hygiene in the centre. Very few activities in the play centre and most of them are coin machines. Also, the food quality and quantity is less compared to the pricing.

Worst customer service, very unprofessional gave us times for Rock climbing opening at 12 then said they can’t open it
Left with kids being very upset.
