Lollipops Carrum Downs

What a fantastic place. We always experience Great food, great price, friendly staff. It’s a very clean and exciting play centre. The kids always love going on the rock climbing wall and the pirate ship. Thumbs up every time. We are never disappointed when we go.

Friendly staff, well priced food and consistent cleaning of play areas during our stay. The staff made sure my little ones had a fun rock climbing experience and fun aboard the Pirate Ship! We always enjoy visiting and find the owners very approachable, hardworking and customer focussed.

My 3 year old and 1 year old love Lollipops Carrum Downs. It is easily their favourite playcentre. The centre is one of the cleanest we have been to, the staff are lovely, the coffee is good, there are a decent amount of food options and the price is reasonable - especially now that they offer coupons for your next visit. We visit a few times a month during school hours and are very happy:)

Had a birthday party, sandwich platter was not that great (vegimite, jam, cheese, ham) (crocs give you a better platter with actual fillings like sliced roast veggies etc).

Fried food was OK but how badly can you stuff that up, overall felt really rushed, they started the pirate ship ride right before the cake and we had to rush out of the party room so they could clean up for the next party.therefore kids didn't get to eat much but they could still play on the play equipment.

My daughter's favourite place in the whole world.

New owners have made few changes so far but they are well noticed.

Good to see staff (especially one young man) clean high chairs, spills, accidents at table etc asap and instead of standing around

I feel like they run it more often now. Last time we went was the only time I've seen the rock climbing wall being offered. Dd was devestated she wasn't old enough yet

I have been coming to this place for so long now. Been doing birthday parties to.
It is currently under new management and I have never seen the place so clean. Even the playground and slide is sparkly. Love it new owners are so nice

Lollipops is the best i go there when its time to run the kids ragged when they are full of energy coffes are on point food is awsome they even have a breakfast menu for the early birds the play equipment, jumping castle, rock climbing wall as well as a pirate ship is just awsome they run aaround while the parents wake up with a coffee and breaky lol

Very disappointed once again. The staff really need to pick there game up, they need to no how to treat and talk to young children, also put a smile on your face it doesnt look good. Today asked for a jug of cordial it was like water and it was warm not to mention the cups they were very hot not good on a hot day. I waited a good 10mins for someone to serve me so i could get an ice cream while the 4 staff there talking. Time to be retrained.

Has definitely gone down hill since it opened 5 of the 7 electric ball machine weren't working when we were there lucky it was quite so my kids didn't miss out. They have stopped providing complementary coffee for parents which is disappointing. Had to line up for the toilet as others were out of order and the one that was in use had wee on the floor

Busy little playcentre. Area for kids to play is good. However, seems to be understaffed when ordering coffee and food. Toilets need a REALLY good clean.

A bit short on staff on a very busy Cup day but the play area is excellent and the food looked good. Kids had fun.
