Highly recommend both Ramy and Zoey. I see Ray for remedial massage and he is brilliant! Love how he does both front and back. I have seen the lovely Zoey for Lymphatic Drainage which I found very beneficial and have done a series of womb massages while she was doing a case study. I found it very beneficial for easing the muscles around lower spine injuries and excellent especially for the stomach area and under the ribs. An instant sense of relief of tension around the lower torso and also eased nausea issues that I have been experiencing. Both types of massages gave great relief, felt my body instantly relaxing afterwards and increased sense of well being. Zoey is a very kind and caring person, who goes above and beyond. Great conversation and a very solid remedial massage that has helped resolve lingering muscle stiffness around my hip flexors, back and neck!

Highly recommend you treat yourself (and a plus one) to a massage by Table 4 One. My first and second massages were on girls night in, Ramy and Zoey were both extremely professional. Asking us both what we were hoping to achieve from the massage and defiantly delivering. My third massage was recently at my place as a surprise couple massage for my husband, great way to celebrate our start of holidays. I’ve now had massages from both Ramy and Zoey and honestly couldn’t tell you who is better, they are both amazing! Nothing better then a massage in your own home, you can literally just go straight to sleep after. Do yourself a favour!

WOW! Very thankful that at such short notice Table 4 One Mobile Massage could juggle things around today to fit a remedial massage in for myself. I highly recommend Table 4 One for massages. Ramy arrived at my house 10 minutes before my appointment time to set up which was great. I had a pregnancy massage which i didn't think could be so relaxing. It was heaven!
He provided the table, oil, music and i could totally relax in the comfort of my own home.

Last minute my husband and I booked a hotel room in Melbourne. While driving to our hotel I was able to contact Table 4 One and book a couples massage for a few hours later in our hotel room. Both massage therapists arrived on time and meet us at our room. Set up only took a minute and the massages where amazing and the price was fantastic. Definitely recommend. Thanks again.

Ramy’s Myotherapy session was amazing! He took so much care to treat what seem to feel like each muscle in my legs and back individually and with so much care and thought. He was constantly checking that I wasn’t in discomfort and that the pressure was good.
