Loeda Therapies Remedial Massage - Infrared Sauna

We have been going to Loeda Therapies for over a year now. The staff there are very professional and offer great service. Especially Monique and Jemima are stars. Me and my hubby love getting massages from them.

I had a remedial massage +cupping+dry needling and It was one of the best experiences ever!
Ramy was good at understanding my needs and explained every detail of the treatment session which put my mind at ease throughout the treatment session.
I felt relaxed, rejuvenated and pain free post session.

Pregnancy massage with Monique - incredible! I’m 28 weeks pregnant and was completely comfortable and my body properly supported the whole way through the massage. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I have had a few pregnancy massages before. This one this was by far the best! I didn’t leave before booking another one

From my initial greeting at the door to the end of my massage sipping herbal tea, Monique was so warm and friendly.

The room was warm and cosy, the lighting, candles, soft relaxing music, made it a sacred space to be, and immediately relaxed me. The massage left me feeling so relaxed I just wanted to sleep, I felt completely de-stressed.

7 sleeps till my next session! Can't wait!

Ramy is amazing, I cannot recommend him enough. I have been suffering with my hip for months and months. Seen physio's, oesteo's, and exercise physiologists.a couple of sessions with Ramy and I was feeling so much better. The addition of the infrared sauna is also great. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly.

It was a amazing experience right from beginning where was greeted by the best staff, felt so relaxed no pain, afterwards, felt less or even not tight at all, my body felt good again, I highly recommend this place they make sure feel comfortable when the massage is taking place, will definitely come back next time for sure.

My Lymphatic Drainage treatment with Zoey was very relaxing and has helped greatly with the fluid retention I had around my ankles. Very beneficial experience all around. Zoey and Ramy are very friendly and hospitable practitioners. I wouldn’t hesitate referring anyone in need to attend their practice. Such a tranquil space for healing and restoration. The scents throughout the entire space are just amazing, very very peaceful. It was my first time here and I won't be going anywhere else. I had the infrared sauna first and remedial massage after. The sauna is all yours for a hour and they provide two litres of water and a fresh towel so you can shower afterwards. I felt great after the sauna and after the shower and I felt absolutely fabulous after my massage. I literally floated out of the room afterwards. Ramy is very professional and very knowledgeable about how to address your concerns. I would recommend this hidden treasure to everyone I know and will continue to go back every three weeks.
