Lockfast built and installed a steel picket fence. It looks great and we would happily recommend this Company)

Lockfast Fencing built us a steel fence with automated gates. Peter ^7vñprovided the original quote same day and was very helpful when we made further changes. The installers couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy with the finished product and arrived when they said. We would recommend Lockfast to anyone wanting a quality fence.

Ordered motorized double gate. Lockfast Fences were very professional from start to finish and installed a great finished product.

My wife and i are very happy with the pool fence and side barrier gates done by lock fast. Sales person was helpful and prompt. Price was reasonable. Installation was delayed by a week but they let us know. Good service. Cheers Arthur and Liz Madden.

Still waiting for tennis court fence to be finished, quoted two to three day job, we are now three weeks in, had five different crews attend site who needed direction on what to do. Salesmen won’t return my calls to confirm when job will be finished. Have called and left messages to speak to the owner who hasn’t bothered to ring me back. This review is probably a waste of my time as their behaviour indicates a business totally out of their depth and won’t be around much longer. I feel sorry for the workers that turn up on site as they have all been great people, pity about management. Was quoted by Atlas Rodek fencing which was acquired by Lockfast fencing.

Thanks Lockfast! We decided in September 2017 to get Lockfast to build our Brick and Steel Fence. By mid of October Lockfast had arranged Drawings, Council Permission and Building Permit. Our Brickwork was finished mid October and all the Steel and Automated gates were installed yesterday. I would reccommend Lockfast to anyone wanting a start to end hassle free experience. Good salesman but bad after sales service. How many calls and follow up it takes to get your service guy to come and assess the problem. At the end, I have just contacted direct to your distributor much better n pleasant to deal with.

Terrible Service - Won't return calls - followed up on numerous occasions only to say someone would get back to me - weeks after the initial quote, was willing to proceed but never heard from them. Went somewhere else with excellent customer service - AND cheaper!

We are thrilled with the work done by all involved at Lockfast Fencing. From beginning to end, the quality and craftsmanship were incredible. We would happily recommend them to anyone wanting to build a fence to last. And, they organised the permits too!

Terrible after 1 year had to brace fence so it didn't fall on kids, very rude, wouldn't repair, wouldn't return phone calls.

We had them do a front fence on a unit block. It wasn't the greatest or most positive of experiences. Our experience wasn't great because- the Lockfast guy organising relevant permits through council didn't know which ones to apply for and then applied for the wrong one holding up the job significantly. Then when the right one was applied for the wrong information was given. Lockfast also used tradies work on our job that weren't registered but still charged us GST.the materials LF used was a high quality - low cost products on fittings and moving parts that wore out quickly on the block - a higher volume of traffic than a normal house hold- it was a unit block afterall so more people coming and going. Get them to use commercial materials if on a residential block etc.
The owner Of LF was quite rude to members of the management committee - I m talking calling people idiots. - bit off putting and unprofessional! They also botched up the matching the brickwork- ignored the colours code given to them so bricks bought to do extension to fence didn't match existing bricks.
The iron work paint starting coming off after 18mths and they kept ignoring our calls to come look at it- warranty then expired.although great to have a fence it is often a discussion point to how poor it has been put together and how often it has to be patched up only 3 years into its life and one year out of warranty. Its not a recommendation that can be given this time for LF. Perhaps in choosing a fence provider- check their trades are certified- they do follow up on errors- they have great references and maybe have worked in your area before- check out the product and how well it is standing the test of time- Even ask about how they handled jobs that went paired shaped- that usual shows how good a company is or isn't. 2 stars but being generous
