We are thrilled with our fence and gates. The process has been so smooth from start to finish. It wasn't a straight forward job, with the obstacles an old house throws up. Judy was fantastic - so responsive to my back and forth of questions and helpful spending the time to get our design right for the house. Daniel and Serdz were brilliant - committed to getting a great outcome, customer focussed and very hard working. Tania in the office was very good to deal with too. Communication never happened. Clients have to stay on top of things and pester them each and every day. I do think that the old adage "Buyers Beware" applies here

I have been extremely disappointed in Matt and this company. I have had to call on average every 6 months because the electric gates have moved and so didnt work correctly. Each time I called it took at least 3 calls/mssages before a response.
It is now 3 years on and Matt did come out and apologise at my last call, and said the gates were made of too heavy materials and they don't make these anymore.however it sems that this is my problem and no replacement or solution from their side! So disappointing when I gave the business to what I thought was a family company who valued customer service

Overall a good experience, great thing to see is an owner of the company coming out to site when there are several issues happening, Matt rectified them and we were happy.
The workers lack communication a lot and must of canceled meet ups on site about 7 times all up over the months of measuring, quoting and installing everything, this is a bad look to clients and needs to be a lot better in future that is why only 4 stars this time.

Had 16 m steel picket fence with 5.5 m automated gate installed around parking area. As it was not a straightforward job, I obtained 6 quotes. Lockfast stood out from the beginning. It was great being able to discuss all aspects with Saul (also a product designer). Both quote and installments came out favorable. Quentin, the installer worked quietly, efficiently and tidily. They also didn't kick up a fuss about having to alter the size of my gate later on. Most of all I've appreciated dealing with professionals rather than corner cutting "she'll be right" tradies. I've been happy with both the process and the outcome.

Great they made our double slat gate, installed it on an uneven ground. Its just a perfect finish to complete the look of the front of our house.

Just got them to do my slat fence with remote controlled sliding gate and it works like a dream. Very professional and knowledgeable team. Highly recommended!

Had repairs and one fence panel replaced. The repair person not familiar with this type of remote controlled sliding gates {he claimed } did a very I think, below standard installation. He was single handed and could not have completed the job without my assistance [he requested my help ] The bottom toothed rack which fits over the driving wheels is not fitted in the correct position. I live opposite a park which has a pedestrian entrance immediately across the road from my block. People often comment regarding the fence and gates, in the past I have been happy to pass on your firm's details -But that is in the past

The team from Lockfast Fencing did a fantastic job installing our glass pool fence. From the initial call-out to completing the fence the communication was very good. Highly recommend them.

I had a challenging fencing job that required a professional company's expertise.
After much ringing around, I was surprised that many company's I contacted wouldn't even come to the Toorak property to quote. I certainly wasn't going with any of them!
Lockfast Fencing was the ONLY company that I contacted that actually came onsite to measure & discuss the scope of works.
The fence was installed a few months later - it looks & works great. Lockfast Fencing have promptly attended the few tweaking issues we've had since the initial installation & I have all the confidence that I'll get the support I require moving forward as/if needed.

I've been impressed with the company that had to do the job within a narrow time slot whilst we did factory extensions. I've never had any problems contacting the company if need be and any problems were resolved quickly and efficiently. If anyone is looking for someone to install a chainlink fence then I can personally recommend Lockfast Fencing. Very happy with the job. Lockfast got back to me almost immediately to organise to come around and measure up for a quote. I found the whole experience with them to be smooth sailing which is very rare with tradesmen these days. They were the dearest out of all of my quotes though I felt the most comfortable going with them due to Matt’s professionalism and efficiency with everything. I had a tight deadline though Matt ensured that they would get it done. The end result is exactly what we wanted, on time and the quality is high end. I will definitely be using Lockfast again.

Extremely bad managed company, took 7 months to build my front fence, with issues all the time, e.g forgot fill concrete in pillars, once signed the contract, then the sale guy won't answer calls, won't call back, never gave plans, and rude, not recommend.

I am very happy with the whole experience with this company. I research well and found this company who do everything. From quoting to manufacture and installation. Always dealing with one company protects the consumer. I’d recommend them without hesitation
