28The BBQ grilled calamari legit tasted like the stuff you get in Asia. Very tasty marinade.
Ordered the hainanese chicken Laksa and beef rendang nasi lemak. The chicken was very tender and tasty with the laksa. The beef rendang was a little sweet to my liking. Overall, a pleasant experience.
1st, my buzzer didn't beep. The food was sitting there at the counter for over 10min. Lady later realised the buzzer didnt work.
2nd, The worse laksa I had. Not sure if that was a laksa soup or a soup of oil! That's surely one way to boost up your cholesterol!

Food centre dishes now available in Westfield Foodcourt! Flavourful and tasty dishes. Definitely be back to try other different options.
Public holiday surcharge on kuih is ridiculous. It's not like it has to be prepared and cooked on the spot.
Interesting concept to bring together notable Singapore hawker food under one "roof". We tried their dry noodles w/ roast chicken and dry noodles w/ bbq pork. The roast chicken dish had high meat/noodle ratio while the bbq pork was a complete opposite. Noodles were cooked al dente, chilli sauce (available on request) was decent but alas the sauce in both was overly salty. Overall I'd rate as 3.5*
We ate twice here and ordered the same popular Hainanese chicken with rice and slow cooked pork with dry noodle. It was a lovely meal. Not too salty, serving size is good and the presentation was clean. A gem in Doncaster Westfield.
Ordered the beef rendang which was cold and had to get them to redo. Portion size was small (only 4 pieces of meat) for $19.79. Expected more for a place which claims to have Michelin star dishes as had a lot better rendang dishes elsewhere.
