These guys may have a small, simple menu but they do it SO well. Every bite is heaven and packed with flavour. Dining here feels so authentic. I could probably call it - my favourite tacos in Melbourne thus far. Try the jalepeno marg. So refreshing.

Overall very impressed. Great options for vegetarian/vegan tacos and possibly one of the best fish tacos I've had in my life

First I was told rudely there was no table for 5, walked out then saw I could book online for a table for that exact time. Booked, then waited nearly 30 minutes to be served. We told the waitress politely another table who arrived after us was served before us.not 1 apology at all. Then waited an hour for our meals. Wife really disliked her paella, kids and I didnt like our burritos at all. Son couldnt even finish his. We paid extra for guacamole then got a small bowl of it.not in our burritos. Do you think we can dip a burrito into a bowl of guacamole? Horrible dining experience.

These guys are doing an exceptional job in the current situation with social distancing etc. The Service was excellent, we didn’t have to wait long for a table (luck was on our side) the food was fast, fresh, tasty and delicious. Will definitely be back to try another taco. Xx

UPDATE***
Little Hop has been my go to bar for over a year now, I've raved about it to countless people and always had a great experience there. This changed after bringing in a couple friends from out of town a few nights ago. The whole atmosphere was different, music insanely loud, way more people behind the bar despite few customers. It's table service so we sat down and waited to order, 20 mins past without being seen, we reminded them we were waiting and eventually a man comes over to take our order. Immediately we notice this guy is extremely intoxicated; swaying, slurring, standing way too close to us, not understanding what our drink orders were (margarita & tequila sodas.), after a painful ordering process he returned to the table as soon as he left as he'd forgotten the order already. We were starting to feel uncomfortable, which was evident on our faces, the server then decided to tell us to 'relax, it's a party, you should smile more. ' Telling 3 young women to 'smile' after you've ignored them, forgotten their drinks then made them extremely uncomfortable is disrespectful as hell so we decided to cancel the drinks and leave. Upon cancelling we wanted to explain to another staff member how awful the experience was by the drunk server, to which said server jumps in front and says 'I'm the owner, I don't care, you can leave. Just get out. " What an egregious way to treat your patrons. All three of us work hopso and have made sure we warn all our mates to give this place a miss.

TLDR: misogynistic drunk 'owner' will ignore you, make you uncomfortable then kick you out when you try to give feedback. Avoid at all costs.

***The best fish tacos in Melbourne, so well priced and super friendly staff. (Original 5 star review)

We went for a quick lunch so missed out on the drinks but the tacos where magnificent. I had the Hongos Ahumado (smokey mushroom) and De Ejotes (green beans). Both were delicious but I went back for a second serve of the mushrooms. I’ll be back!
