Little by Little Cafe

Such a cute little place! Parking is a bit strange and the entrance is a bit hidden so we missed it the first time round lol but it give me cottage vibes and the staff are lovely. Unfortunately they couldn’t give us comfortable chairs because they had a booking of 20 coming (they didn’t come while we were there though) and we had to sit on stools which wasn’t great for our backs but ah well. Apart from those 2 things I love the setup inside and the food was beautifulllll, do yourself a favour and get the chicken and waffles they are AMAZING

We had an amazingly vibrant and attentive waiter, who showed our dogs just as fantastic service as us.

Dog friendly, staff super helpful, food was amazing as was the coffee, a new favourite for sure!

I came here for the first time with a few friends. None of the staff greeted us, instead we were sent to sit outside and wait for them. We got seated at a table and the staff took forever to come and take our order. After ordering, the food took a while to come. I ordered the smashed avo and when I received it, the eggs were cold and had dust on them. I send it back and got another one and when it came back it had a hair in it. Overall, the place has a cute aesthetic but there are plenty of better cafes in the area.

Service was phenomenonal, all wait staff were super attentive and enthusiastic. Food and coffee were delicious. Would definitely come back!

Food was very disappointing! My girlfriend’s bread wasn’t even toasted, basically looked like scrambled eggs thrown on the bread. My meal had little flavour, not nearly as good as past visits, plus little atmosphere!

Cute cafe. Owner is super friendly. The service is great. The food bis creative and delish. Everything we tried was tasty and well presented. Definitely a place you should visit.

The scrambled eggs had no salt.flavourless, rubbery and overcooked. Easily the worst scrambled eggs I've ever had. The smoothie was average.

For the price you are better off going to boost, and buying a Coles croissant and eggs and make it yourself and still have money left over.

One star was for the friendly waiter.

Looking for a place (open for Sunday lunch) to take my 92 year old mum to for lunch and found this hidden gem. I think we got the last table, in spite of being a cod and wet rainy day. Staff were were really lovely, and food absolutely excellent. We had the Avocado and Feta on Sourdough with (perfectly) poached eggs, and coffees. Mum added the smoked salmon extra and it was also excellent. My wife had what she says were the yummiest mushrooms - the ‘3 types of mushrooms on a potato croquette’ - she was delighted. Coffees were very good too.

A little hidden away gem for breakkie! Especially for a nice Sunday breakfast spot, great coffee selection and food was just great! Staff were amazing too!

Best cafe in the Berwick area! Amazing coffee and great food selection (the potato croquettes were top notch). Will be back for sure!

The service was amazing and very friendly, very accommodating staff and quick service. Very clean and tidy and well set up inside. A good menu with a variety of different options for breakfast or lunch. The coffee was well, not the greatest in Melbourne but plus middle average. Large carpark and nice atmosphere, disability parking was also available and overall a nice mix of a modern and classic little cafe. Overall a 4.5 however because of the great service I have chosen 5/5.

A nice little cafe which is a little hard to find unless you're looking for it. All servings were quite generous and tasty. I had the omelette which came with bacon whilst the smashed avo, potato croquettes, fried chicken burger and kids waffles were enjoyed by all

Absolutely AMAZING! The french toast is divine. The chilli scrambled is very balanced, nicely flavoured and wasn't over the top spicy. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The main reason I was recommended to go to Little by Little was for the Chai latte and I pass that recommendation on to the next person.

Eggs your way, poached on sourdough + hollandaise sauce and an ice coffee. Fantastic staff, delicious and well priced

I would never recommend coming here. My friend and I were waiting out the front for 15 minutes before we were spoken to. When we were spoken to, the waitress told us it would be a 15 minute wait for a table. Then, a family of four came and waited behind us. They were immediately greeted and told there was a table available that they could have. So we had already been waiting for a long time, had not been spoken to and then someone who has just walked up without a booking, can go straight in. Terrible service. Glad I didn’t get a table.

Super impressed with the breakfast we had here a couple of weeks ago. I had a generous serving of bacon with my perfectly cooked poached eggs and a delicious brewed chai tea. They were a little slower with the service for a Thursday, but could easily put it down to staff shortages, so don't want to fault them on something that could be out of their control. Will definitely be back!

Exceptional, tasty food and outstanding customer service from friendly staff. Very minimal wait time on food even on a busy Sunday morning. Highly recommended.

The brisket was so tender I had to eat it with my fingers - the fork wouldn't pick it up! And the mork shake was amazing, very addictive. Definitely one of my favourite brunch spots!
