Very good store for all things arts and craft.

My only complaint is that I was scammed, but partially due to my own negligence.
There was a hole in the plastic and things fell out before I got to the checkout but I was still charged for the empty item. I can only hope that the cashier was unaware and it was just an unfortunate accident.

Great variety of material. I always find what I’m looking for (and sometimes things that I wasn’t even looking for!)

Usually the staff are helpful. But due to the service I received last time, I was put off going there again.
The person tried to sell me a defective product in exchange for returning a product with the same defect. I had to point out the defect to them again.
The person was rude, inconsiderate of time, and ill-trained.

I went to lincraft with my boyfriend today just before closing and two super lovely people helped us out with no rush and were really kind. Thank you!

Great store! There's always a bargain to be found. Excellent range of craft & sewing gear, fabrics and some homewares. Really friendly service.

Love the great range at this Lincraft, especially for knitters there is so much yarn and QR codes that you can scan to read a pattern, great inspo around the store as well!

Was a very successful adventure into Lincraft. However, it was hot in there and I got a bit overwhelmed

I found the layout a bit haphazard, but maybe that was because I was looking for something specific and my logic may not be the same as regular crafters.

We found what we wanted, stickers for kids, after trying a few other places. Friendly staff on the cash register so a good experience overall.

Really poor customer service. Went in there to purchase elastics to make a face mask. Picked two options from a display labelled as materials to use to make your own face masks. When at the counter, I asked the sales person whether this was appropriate to use to make a face mask and whether it could be sewn and used in that context. The salesperson assured me it was. I took it home, used it to make a face mask and both options snapped. I called up to see if I could substitute it, and more importantly that they put up signage to communicate to customers that this is not appropriate to be used for face masks and she was just interjected and talked all over me.

I think it might be to cut costs but there just needs to be more staff. Other that that, it's great. Bit expensive but quality is really good.

Very good service I got what I wanted and dropped off some beanie I had knitted for charity. All good.

Wide range of supplies, needed something that wasn’t on the shelf and the lady at the fabric station was able to find it for me.

Wide variety of craft materials. I actually wanted to find some good oil paint brushes. There were limited options for oil paints but good for acrylic

They got rid of a large portion of their fabric from this location, if you need sewing supplies, don't go here.

I am in love with this store. All the craft items under one roof. Plus there are always some exciting deal. My daughter simply enjoys being here.
