Purchased New sewing machine, got it home Sign on it "Display Only" Broken, dusty and frustrated as i asked if it was new box was in poor condition and seal was broken. Sales lady said it was new. Not happy!

As a craft/sewing store they are great. The staff can hit or miss. I was completely ignored until the lady was ready to serve me. Then she was very good.

The staff was friendly helpful and polite. I found what I was looking for plus a few other nice items. Parking is easy enough in the back and their prices seemed good.

The staff were helpful and did not hesitate to offer alternatives to my sewing problem. I left the store with a hopeful heart and with an answer to my issue. Well done Lincraft.

Southland store is so understaffed. One person on front register at xmas is a joke. I asked the girl if she had something in stock and her reply was "i honestly don't know. " THEN she just served someone else! Made no attempt to show me/find out/help further. Pathetic.

Huge collection of craft materials. Most of the items are little expensive. We get most of the materials for a lesser cost at Dollar King which is in the ground floor.
