I really like the yarn selection and they have very good sales. Staff are mostly very nice and helpful. Just wish the lighting was better as it always feels very dark

Felt like I was more of an annoyance to staff at the register than anything else. Hard to find things in store, and always feels like a mishmash of items.

I love to restore old furniture and at present it's a chair, I needed some decorative ribbon for the edges and a cushion for the seat, I found a huge range with good price points and was able to get my purchases easily with the assistance of the friendly staff, if you are at Southland and need haberdashery items Lincraft is it!

If you into arts andcrafts this is the place.there decorating productsand cushions are tasteful

Well stocked up with variety of items, number of sales on, friendly staff, wasn't too busy there either.

Great store for craft supplies. Often have big discounts. The lighting is terrible in places though so be careful when you need a specific colour.

NOLA served me today and she was absolutely fantastic. She answered all my questions will a smile and made me feel less anxious about my sewing requirements.

Really good fabrics and some other products that will surprise you. My wife loves to adjust her dresses and that means we visit often.

Ask where an item would be located & advised towards the back wall, when item was found, all the items were out of their package & asked for reduced price, was looked down upon & told, we have more out the back, do want one, yes please, tone & facial expressions give your service away

Elisha was wonderful, so helpful and gave us all what we needed with the biggest smile on her face.

I used to shop at the Cranbourne store all the time.then they closed it. Unhappy customer now, as I can't travel too far.on line shopping is not the same. I want to see it in my hand to see what it's like.plus the added cost of postage.put a store back in the SE suburbs.

I'm a Crocheter and Lincraft is one of my happy places, friendly Staff who are always there to help if you need it. Just wish the range of yarns was larger

Sadly there was only one person working on the registers when I was in the store. I rang bell for help in the fabric dept and the guy on the register said he would help me when he finished serving customers. I waited 15 minutes and ended up leaving without making a purchase. I will not shop there again. Very poor customer service.

This store has an ok variety. Unfortunately, the lack of lighting and visual merchandising makes this shop very sad looking. I personally don't like the quality of fabrics, and find the prints on the quilt fabrics old fashioned. The best thing about the store is the customer service.

Only place left to buy buttonsl loose don, t have to buy them on card and end up with more than you need

Shopping online on LINCAFT is the most terrible thing to do. I Ordered somethings and it never came. When I tried to contact HEAD QUARTERS always the person is busy and takes a message which they never follow through. I'm pretty dissapointed that my order didn't come. Most of all I'm concerned that no one is there to take in complaints.
. Buy from the store it self if you wanna get your stuff.

Great range however not enough staff which is frustrating. You want to be able to ask for assistance and advice no one to be seen. If so dont have enough expertise for crafts store.

Thank goodness for the staff member, Nola. If she wasn’t there I don’t know what I’d do. Very understaffed. They need at LEAST two people on the front and dress counter (not one running from one to the other) if you need any sewing or fabric related, Nola is the one to ask for! Quality service!

Awful experience when ever I go.void of customers and staff.cannot comment on much as i can never find what im looking for neither could i find staff to help.whats happening in that store.my god!
