Lincraft reviews
32Not bad, i wish the craft section was a little bigger. The entrance can be a little cluttered especially if you have a pram or wheelchair.
Great variety of bits and pieces. However if l was management l would stand back and reassess customer service, which was fair to average and could do with improvement
Lots of craft and home related items. Very helpful staff. The range is large. Lots of Christmas items on special at the moment. Easy parking and easy access if you live not to far from here.
Had the items I was after which I was having difficulty sourcing. Got caught behind some customers getting fabric cut but whst can you do, lick of the draw. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Pretty standard lincraft, all the arts and crafts things you'd expect. Staff are friendly. Store is easy enough to navigate. No complaints.
Service was fantastic as we came in and it’s a very full shop! The lady asked us what we were after and if she could go collect it for us. This was extremely helpful and appreciated as we didn’t have to navigate around the shop with a wheelchair. Thank you to the wonderful lady here on our visit I’m sorry I did not catch your name.
Slightly wider range when compared to their Elizabeth St store in the CBD. Might be easier to ask the staff if you're searching for certain type of fabric because the store is lack of signs for each fabric type and some are placed at different shelves.
You never know what unique product you may come upon in this funny little store, with its lovely & helpful staff.
Offering is limited compared to Spotlight that previously occupied this location. Too many shelves stacked too high makes it difficult to navigate the shop and I'm 181 cm (almost 6 ft) tall.
Bins filled with sale items are jumbled and make it hard to find anything (a fault of bins and shoppers, not staff).
Maybe i ask too much but staff should know more about craft and especially sewing patterns and fabric. Maybe they do but the cashier setup doesn't support the kind of service needed for buying the mix of goods necessary for seamstresses and avid crafts people.
Very helpful friendly staff and a good selection off goods. Being right near the tram stop is great too.
Just less and less stock and range every time I go. Had a list of 5 things. Walked out with 0 items. Very disappointed.
