My family and I have been taking our pets here for over 15 years. From check-ups to serious operations they have always performed exemplary. In addition, the employees have always been friendly, helpful and caring.
It is clear in their words and actions that they truly care for everyone's animals. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

These are wonderful caring specialists. Very professional and compassionate while dealing with my ageing dog's deteriorating condition. I've had them as my favourite Vetinary clinic for some years. Highly recommend them.

The team and Lilydale vet centre are so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Right from when you first call to make your appointment you get exceptional service and it only gets better from there. The reception team are so bright and wonderful and the Vets themselves mirror this same level of enthusiasm and care. Our dog Archie actually LOVES going to the Vet.

Had to get my old doggy put to sleep a few weeks ago. I saw Miranda, and was very touched by how patient and comforting she was through the entire process. Extraordinarily compassionate. I felt that my girl was very cared for, and totally confident that she would be well looked after and respected until her ashes were returned to me. Highly recommend Miranda if you need to make a difficult appointment, especially during the pandemic where loved ones may not be allowed in to support. That little bit of extra care goes a long way.

The team here at Lilydale are amazing. Nothing is ever a hassle and they spend as much time as you need. My dog has never enjoyed going to the vet until we came here, so that’s saying something:)

Our vet for years and each time our dogs would need treatment, we'd get a beautiful photo of our fur baby signed by the beautiful team there. We sadly said goodbye to our dog recently and the vet sent flowers in his memory. Could not recommend them more

I have a 14yo Jack Russell who’s seen many vets over the years. Her 1st experience at LVC was to have surgery - so not a fun one! However this is the only vet practice that she’s happily walked up to the front door of, she doesn’t try to escape once she’s inside or hide under a chair. I put this down to the genuine care of all the staff, they clearly enjoy their work. I’m so happy to have found LVC since moving to the area, especially now my girl is getting older and will inevitably require more care and support. Thank you to the LVC team you’re all amazing ️

No short cuts taken at this Vet! The care of our twin kittens over the last six months has been enjoyable. With immunisations and spaying, all care was taken and the staff are engaged in their patients nature’s and well being. Dr. Miranda is clearly in the right job. They definitely go the extra mile. Very impressed.

Our now 16 year old Golden Retriever needed a procedure late last year and their service was excellent.

I couldn’t speak more highly of this wonderful centre. The staff are so thorough and very caring. I have had the privilege of dealing with these people for many years. They have given the best care to our beautiful dogs Jessie, Buddy & Roxy. Miranda was especially kind to us when dealing with the passing of our precious baby boy. Vets are very attentive, staff are really friendly and pricing is as you expect from a Vet. I take all 3 of my cats there and they are so good with them. Would definitely recommend.

Kind, thorough and caring. I have taken my 4 dogs and cat here for many years and find them to be wonderful. You will never be treated like a number.
