Lilydale Vet Centre

We were passing through Lilydale and needed annual vaccinations for our dog (along with proof that he has had hydatid tapeworm treatment for entering Tasmania). Miranda was awesome, did a thorough check of our fur baby. We would highly recommend Miranda.

New to Lilydale Vets, but love them already. Very thorough, but also have a wonderful connection with the animals.

Could not recommend this vet clinic high enough! Dr Miranda and all the vet nurses, especially Maddy, have been wonderful and go above and beyond to looking after our fur babies.

I can't recommend this clinic highly enough. My dog litterally got kicked in the head by a horse, and they fit me in immediately at the end of the day, on a Friday.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, they were so kind and caring and listened to me and checked my pup over thoroughly. They also didn't go overboard. They didn't go into panic mode and do unnecessary things. (It was clear that he just had a cut)

They were so kind and patient with him, he freaks out at the vet, and he just loved all of the staff.

We booked him in for stitches/surgery first thing the next day, and the vet on in the morning had another look at him and talked through with me that on closer I section didn't need stitches so. So yay, he didn't have to go under and had another positive experience.

I can't thank the team here enough for everything they did for us, at such short notice, and for a new client.

Will 100% be going back there.

The care taken for our pets here is amazing. They know how to get on the level of a nervous dog and ensure it is given the best experience it can.

My fur baby and I have been going to Lilydale Vet Center for 14 years. Over that time we had seen every vet at the Center with various checkups, Illnesses, issues and maintenance.
All staff members showed us love and care over the years and never got upset when Bella made a mess with water and fur all over the place (as a lab retriever with thyroid issues does)
We had many visits with Dr Emily this year after cat attacks, mobility issues and finally her body shutting down with multiple issues all at once. She even answered calls on her day off and fit us in when there was no room.
The staff was amazing, helping moving her out of the car in an improvised stretcher and offering chocolate and treats in her final moments while also comforting me.
We even put her old meds to good use as they allow for unused medication donations.
Can’t thank them enough for everything they have all done for my baby.

Very happy with kind service the staff offered us, lots of love and care for their human and furry clients!

Miranda and her team at Lilydale Vet Centre are fantastic. Such caring wonderful people that go above and beyond in caring for our pets. My cat was given 24hr care for over a week to assist with recovering from a serious condition I was updated everyday, allowed in for daily visits and nothing at all was too much trouble. I have no doubt my cat wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for their love and dedication to his recovery. I will never take my pets anywhere else. Thanks again Miranda and team from your biggest fan Bud.

It has closed. We had to go to the Ringwood practice. It's hard to find a Vet on a Public Holiday. Would like to give a 0 star rating but cannot.

Amazing service and so loving to our fur baby's demon and storm always feel so comfy around all there staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The owners and the staff here are just wonderful and caring taking care of our King Charles Cavaliers Lucy and Harry.

Couldn't be any happier with my experiences here. My first dog went in with an infected gum and they took brilliant care for her and upon picking her up I got a picture of her with all the staffs messages and well wishes on the back, it was a really nice gesture. My second dog went in last week with a very upset tummy and Dr Emily was so sweet and caring, she took the time to really listen to what I said and explained everything they wanted to do so I was fully aware. She explained all the costs and the things that we could skip if I couldn't pay the bill. I felt very comfortable and could tell her and the staff would take the best care of my dog. Would highly recommend Lilydale Vet Centre to anyone looking for a new loving local vet

We took our dog to this centre for the first time and were very well impressed with the service and professional that saw the dog and recommendations provided. She was knowledgeable and friendly! She prescribed an anti inflammatory which we purchased from the centre for $80,69. I found it very expensive at the time and later that day found exactly the same medicine for $21,90 in a animal pharmacy. I called the centre expecting there was a mistake from their end but was told it was their price and that was it, with no further explanation. I would understand that and believe it is common practice a centre has a markup on products they sell but this was 4x over? And that was it.

From the warm greeting in reception to the care given by Dr Miranda and all the staff, a visit to the clinic is always reassuring and helpfull. Their care is exceptional. Alfie is always excited to be there and see everyone.

We took our dog, Grace, here when her face began to swell. They responded so quickly, were so kind and made allowances to ensure the vet was there to greet us when we arrived. The care and reassurance we received was immensely appreciated. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you!

My dog drags me in the door at this place - that's how much HE loves it. The staff here are all really friendly and do a great job with both our cat and dog so I love it too. Our dog recently had minor surgery with them and he STILL loves going there!

The vet we see- Miranda, is just amazing. So kind to both pet and owner. Miranda is extremely skilled in her profession and makes your pet seem like they are the most special animal in the world! Also, she never rushes you in an appointment. Staff are very friendly and make you feel most welcome. Could not recommend this clinic more highly.

Staff were excellent during our Covid visit. Customer's managed well in a friendly efficient visit. VET efficient, friendly and caring. Understanding of people and pet's.
