I've been on Lightning Broadband for a month now. Set up was literally instant and easy. Speeds are amazing for both upload and download and I'm able to stream 4k seamlessly so very happy. Also had a small issue that cropped up that was dealt with instantly and without stress through their help desk so I couldn't be happier.
Internet speed and connection is really poor compared to other service providers and better service is expected as they are quite expensive. Very frequent outages (on weekends especially) and not happy with it.
It has been clean sailing so far without any hitches. Their support team was also quite helpful (this was over New Years as well) in solving an issue with the initial connection (a problem on the apartment builders end).

I have just had Lightning broadband installed. The whole process went really well without any issues. The site survey, installation and going live with the internet took about 2 weeks. This is so much better than the old ADSL2+ from iinet (NBN will not be in Prahran for at least 2 more years) and seems faster than the NBN plans. I'm very pleased so far.
