Following the initial set up, Genie checked in to see how it was all working. I had a minor issue which wasn't bothering me however, Genie followed it up regardless. Genie continued to check in on the issue and just in general has been a real delight

I have been with Lightning Broadband for 3 years now. The setup and installation was first rate. The connection speed has been outstanding and we have never had any technical issues. In a recent phone call their customer service member K was very polite and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Lightning Broadband are the embedded provider in our apartment complex. Have always experienced fairly consistent wifi coverage. Had a random router issue which Genie dedicated a lot of time to solving, which she did. Thank you Genie.

I've been with Lightning Broadband since 2019. The NBN wasn't coming to my area for two years and the Telstra phone line was rubbish. I've never regretted it once. Excellent service by people who actually know their stuff. 75Mbps both up and down, IPv6, and fixed IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. I run my own web server so this is exactly what I need. Will I switch to the NBN? No - all they deliver here is HFC and why would anyone put up with that?

Great service, and even better customer service. I contacted them at 11am to set up the internet in my appartment and I was online the same day. Even using my own router, their customer support team helped me through the install process. 10/10 would recomend to anyone looking for a great Internet Service Provider.
