Exceptional service by a girl at Levi’s today!
My parents purchased a hoodie at Essendon DFO yesterday and noticed this morning the stitching was coming away, we went in to make mention, not expecting them to be able to do anything and she replaced it in the spot no questions asked.
We greatly appreciate it as they live over 4 hours away and weren’t going to worry about it.

The return/exchange policies are absurd. If you remove tags they won't take it back.
So be very careful while buying here as you may possibly be never be able to return.
