Levi's Outlet Store - South Wharf

We went in 7/12/23 and were greeted by a nice worker wearing green after being ignored by the other staff. He answered our questions very kindly. Five stars I think! The girl with unfinished tattoos on her arm proceeds to tell him that he was too nice? For greeting a customer in a sales section? The cherry on top really was her rolling her eyes at us multiple times while at the register. Girl we also work in public-facing roles so we understand if you’re having a bad day but don’t act like we killed your dog or something? Jesus

Cannot recommend shopping at the Levi’s South Wharf store any higher! Emily’s customer service was like nothing we’ve experienced anywhere else. She went above and beyond during our entire visit, making sure we had a very personalised and tailored experience in store. It is not often that you receive service with a smile these days, let alone someone going to great lengths to enhance your shopping spree. Thanks Emily!

All I can say is Leon is an asset to the team at the store
as soon as I walked in I was greeted by him and he helped me pick out my swagger jeans

If you don't have a "perfect" body, this shop is not for you. No variety of sizes, and a stuck up attitude if you ask about other sizes. Seriously?

A lady named Emily helped me find the right sized jeans for me Monday. She made me feel so comfortable and not pressured to try anything I didn't want to. Great sale atm too!

I would like any superior staff to try to explain to me why all of the girls who worked today 23-Jan-23 were continuously following me within the store, questioning me, and even dare to take away from my hands the piece of clothes I was holding, and put them behind the counter so I could go pay for them when I was done checking the store.
Like if that wouldn’t have been enough, when I come to the register to pay (exchange) the pair of shorts they took away from me. The lady proceeds again to question me TWICE if I had paid for the other pair of shorts I had in my paper bag, paper bag that I had with me since the minute I walked in. (I exchanged those pair for the ones she took away from me).
I wonder if they are this careful with all customers who visit this location or they decided to be “extra” careful with me?
Maybe because I’m not white? Or because I’m not Australian? Or the way I dressed today? Or perhaps their discriminatory attitudes towards foreigns and POC are merely congenital…
Anyways, it wasn’t a very nice experience and I hope I don’t have to come back to this location and see those people ever again.

Awesome service from the young guy working there! I needed a larger size and he made me feel totally comfortable and at ease.

Went there with my troops for some retail therapy. Staff were extremely friendly effecient & helpful & all left the store happy with our purchases

I found a huntsman spider in my Levis jeans that I got from the DFO South Wharf store, thanks heaps for cleaning that dusty old store up guys!

Went there yesterday afternoon, the Asian male staff member doesn’t want any customer to browse 50% female T shirts section, because it gets messy. What a joke! Customers are unhappy!

Went to Levi’s on the 23rd of November during the afternoon where I watched a male staff member harass another customer for their medical exemption for not wearing a mask! This is unacceptable, the customer insisted that he had a medical exemption but did not have to show him, however, the staff member continued to bully the customer to either leave the store or find a mask. Disgusting!

Great shopping experience at Levi’s south wharf. Elijah was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the sizing and styles, allowing me to easily find the styles and sizes I was after. Will definitely be visiting in the future.

Recently visited Levi's South Wharf and was assisted by salesperson Jonathon who was just brilliant! He was extremely knowledgeable - he knew our sizes by just looking at us! One of the best sales assistants I have ever come across (and I have shopped a lot). I would certainly recommend this store and will be back again next time I visit Melbourne.

Love this store. We live in Katherine NT and go there every year to stock up on jeans for hubby. 6 pairs for the price of 3. Can't beat it. Plus we get to visit Melbourne for the week.bonus.

We have the best time shopping there. The guys were super helpful and friendly to us kiwi shoppers. We bagged multiple bargains and will be back again

The quality of the customer service at this store is amazing. Deshanti was outstanding in assisting both my husband and I with our needs and still gave the same high level personalised service to 6 other customers. How she remembered everyone size and needs was incredible. An absolute asset and the most pleasurable shopping experience we have had in Melbourne, thank you
