Every masseur not trained in a professional way, I had book Sara in most of my visit and decided to try another masseur with the hope they all are same, but the girl who came to do the job prove me wrong, she had no idea what’s the exact pressure untill I scream, moreover she only stick to the upper back in the entire period of time, last walked out by saying you have a good night and I could not even get a sleep all night, thanks for pissing me offf

Been here since I was recommended by a friend back in 2016 and I’ve been a regular ever since.
Both front desk staff and therapists are very friendly and I can’t think of a time I was ever left unhappy with their service. I’m sure they have a big staff here considering they open 12 hours almost every day, but so far every staff I’ve had has provided me with the best treatment and they are very attentive.
I also really appreciate the fact that they close till late as I do finish work quite late than most people and it’s not too far or too difficult for me to get here.

Lelux is pretty good and can use your private health cover, but was quite disappointed because they charge a lot more when use the card so the Benefit of using the card is deminished some what. Bit of a rip-off and taking advantage of people using it, not happy!

Used to have a really bad back pain from last 1 year.so i had a deep tissue massage at Lelux. It was really relaxing and amazing. Relieve all my back pain.

Have been before for Thai massage and I like the rooms - cost. Booked for a remedial massage and asked the therapist when she entered if she’s a remedial masseuse but it was clearly just thai massage. I came in with a sore hip flexor asking for remedial and she couldn’t even find the hip flexor muscle! Really disappointing.since posting I was offered a refund by the manager and an apology: that the receptionist is new. I appreciate the refund and think that is very fair customer service. However am unsure how the massage therapist confirmed she is a remedial therapist as well? May be your staff need some training about the definition of remedial - especially when it comes to using health insurance as you would not want to be caught out using the rtemedial item number for just a Thai massage.

Lelux Thai Massage was amazing! I went in there with a lot of pain in my lower back from training. After getting cupping and a message done it released all the pain away.
The stuff there was amazing! Very friendly and welcoming also gave me great service.

I definitely gonna include monthly appointments to help with my recovery from training and my strongman competing and will refer all my mates that train to go in.

Love this place. The masseuses are very experienced and very professional. The premises is also very clean. I visit this place once every 3 to 4 weeks for my massage with cupping. Leaves me feeling refreshed and alive! Highly recommended.
