This place was great! The customer service was top notch. I had called to make a boooking and then cancelled by accident, thinking I cancelled at the other massage parlour. They we’re quick to accommodate the mistake and pulled through for me! The massage did wonders for my sore neck almost straight after. Very pleased and a Alot of relief! Will definitely come back as I live locally:) they give complimentary tea

It was.alright. Might have caught masseuse on a bad day, but she seemed to have rushed through the whole thing imo. Might be inexperience too, but it the massage felt awkward and superficial.

Absolutely clean and comfy massage place.
Most of therapists here are full of experience, the price is affordable which worth to spend.

Was just ok … just note, if you want to claim on health insurance, the price of the actual massage goes up? I had to pay an extra $10. The massage itself was average, the lady wasn’t friendly which I wouldn’t mind if the massage was good. I said the head massage wasn’t important and told her where I wanted her to focus and she spent too much time on my head. I had a 90 minute massage booked and it was clear my masseuse couldn’t be bothered when it got about half way in. I wouldn’t go back.

Used to be a great place with most of the therapists excellent even if you couldn't get the exact person each time. In the last 6-12 months there have been high turnover and I have seen 4 different therapists who seem to not be as experienced. Everyone is friendly as always, but it is no longer a high quality massage. They seem to be taught the same method of oil application and motions, but it can be uncomfortable and awkward.

I had one hour remedial massage, this was my first time as my regular massage place closed down for some reasons. I enjoyed the massage, the pressure was firm which I liked very much. The staff were friendly, the environment was relaxing and clean. Highly recommended.

I've been going regularly to Lelux Thai massage for the last couple of months now and have not once been disappointed. Prices are very reasonable and they do private healthcare rebates, which brings costs down even further. Jay is an amazing therapist who I would highly recommend. She knows how to use just the right amount of pressure and get to all those sore spots. Thanks Jay!

The standards are usually very high here but the hour massage I received yesterday was unsatisfactory - casual staff?
The session ending was rushed, and finishing 5 minutes early.

Been here twice. Its ok. A little too much elbow for my taste ie. 90% elbow 10% hands. If only the massage was like the videos posted on their page.

As the one who is the fan of Thai massage and also have tried different massage salons in melbourne I can say that Lelux is the best one in Melbourne even with multiple staff as they are all well trained. Receptionist is so nice and welcoming also cooperative and flexible booking hours.
I usually go to this place weekly! And each time feel relaxed and refreshed.

Always a great value massage. Love that the same type of massage changes slightly depending on who you get. Today's in particular was amazing and just what I needed.
