Ordered some replacement jets for our spa.

Recently went into Leisurescape with the intention to compare prices. We met the lovely Breena who couldn't be more accommodating. The service we received wasn't pushy, but with a smile and no question to hard to answer. We left with a purchase very happy local customer's. Can't wait to have our renovations complete with Christmas just around the corner.

I recently purchased a spa and needed a lot of assistance in selecting the right one for me. Shannon at Leisurescape was teriffic. He was able to guide me towards a spa that suited my needs which at my age are specifically pain relief from sore joints.
Shannon paitently and professionally gave me advice that enabled me to make an INFORMED decision about my spa choice. He sold me the spa I needed as opposed to what would be the best sale for Leisurescape. Very appreciative of such integrity. Well done Shannon.

I now have a spa that fits my needs perfectly and that I enjoy getting into.

Don’t buy from this place. I purchased a Leisurescape spa and had a problem with filtering. I rang the number on the spa and it went through to head office in Geelong, they said it has nothing to do with them and didn’t want to help. They told me to go back to the shop that sold it to me. Just because I didnt buy from them they didnt want to help me, I called the shop in Adelaide, they were fantastic and helped me out.

Can't recommend this company highly enough, excellent customer service, and awesome price. Such a treat to find old fashions service in this age of entitlement.
