Choosing the Leisurescape team to install our 7m Darling pool AND to manage the approvals, compliance, construction setout, and installer teams, was the best decison we made. Jack helped us locate the pool and all interfaces (VIP), Sharon completed the scope and layouts and Shannon who had answers to all my crazy questions from day 1- I thank you.
Nimo and has team did a superb job from the moment the pool shell arrived, to its installation to spec.and careful install of the safety fencing. Well done!
The end result was enhanced by Ivor, Annie &Tyler on an 80m2 paving undertaking to link into complex walling and coped with different levels with aplomb. Thanks for the "crazy paving"!

We recently had our Paris Dual swim spa installed by Leisurescape Pools and Spas. We entrusted Jack and his team to manage the permits and do the whole install inclusive of the pit with concrete pad, retaining walls, decking and glass fences. We couldn't be happier with the work completed by Richie, Nemo and the extended team.

Absolutely amazing service. After being screwed around by another installer for over 12 months, Jack and his team were able to have the pool installed in 2 weeks. Everything was explained, handled incredibly professionally and for a very fair and reasonable price. Communication throughout was excellent and I always knew what was going to happen and when, a rare thing to occur in building I am discovering! Will recommend Leisurescape to absolutely anybody who needs a pool installed.

Installed a large deck, hot tub/spa and pool fencing in Torquay. Very professional in every way and went over and beyond to get the works completed before Christmas. I just want to say how happy I was yesterday with the removal of my swim spa. I was really stressed as to how things would go. George emptied pool a few days before and Jack was there to oversee all the works. The crane arrived on time so professional James and his 2 young men attached it with ease. And over the fence it went. We have recently had our pool completed by Leisurescape Pools and we could not fault them.
Jack and his team were able to accommodate our every request and were not only responsive, they followed through with every commitment made to us. Everything was delivered on time and to the agreed quote.
The tradesman were extremely hardworking and took pride in the work they did. I have heard that installing a pool can be quite a stressful time, however I did not find this at all. If we were to have our time over again we would not have changed a thing.
We now have a beautiful oasis in our backyard and could not be happier with the decision we made to work with Leisurescape Pools.
I could not recommend this company any harder if I tried. 10/10 for quality of products, customer service and pricing.

We were pretty excited to lock in our swim spa with them after doing lots of homework l. Once we paid the deposit, everything just went south. They had no idea on an ETA, would very rarely return calls, sent incorrect invoices, would open infight with their team, tried to rush the pool to us with little notice. We asked them several times to revisit the site and discuss installation which they didn’t do - then it was all a rush with all sorts of confusion lb the spa seems fine and ok quality - but they just seem to manage customers poorly. Buyer beware on planning with them.

We had Leisurescape transform our backyard into a beautiful oasis late last year. We wanted a company that managed the project with both the pool installation and landscaping which a lot of companies don’t do. We didn’t have the time, vision or experience to carry out what they did. It wasn’t without some setbacks, but what build has none these days?
They told us we’d be swimming by Christmas and we were. We absolutely love it! It looks incredible and we’re so happy with flow and the ambience it brings to the back yard.

We bought a spa in the middle of pandemic confusion when everyone was under extreme pressure. It was a time of great upheaval when life no longer had certainty. Generally the company were supportive and helpful. We had a few ongoing issues with the spa but they have now been resolved with a satisfactory outcome that demonstrated decency, compassion and understanding from the owner. Please contact Jack if you have any concerns and he will bend over backwards to resolve them.

Old product of 5 yrs an they were more than happy to help out with info Evan phoning the supplier on my behalf to get requested info! 10/10 to Sharon for her professionalism an happy personality! Highly recommend this business!

Shannon was extremely helpful in sorting out issues with my spa. At no stage did I feel like he was trying to push expensive and pointless products on me.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Shannon and his staff, the service is truly impeccable, the support when I needed replacement parts on my spa was fabulous. We have had our Leisurescape spa for about 6 years and absolutely love it! When we want to upgrade we will definitely be purchasing from Leisurescape again. Went to the showroom in Geelong and had a great conversation with the team at Leisurescape pools and Spas. Discussed the types of spas and the landscaping requirements as well and confirmed that they can install out to our area in Werribee. Three weeks later we had Jack come out to the property to measure up, discuss requirements and to provide a quote. He was already in the Werribee area working on a pool installation, so
seemed perfect timing. On site he questioned why we chose them because they are based in Geelong (45mins away) and I replied “because you offer the full landscape service, and no one offers that in our area”. At this point I thought the customer service was great, until it came to quoting the job.
I was told it should take a week or so to have the quote ready. I heard nothing. 3 weeks later I called and was told Jack is super busy and that they will follow up with him, which I understood and was happy to wait another week. Now 8 weeks post site visit, and still no quote via phone call or email. I followed up with them on the phone, to be told he is under the pump and they will check with him. 15 mins later I get a call back from one of the office team members telling me I can still buy the spa I chose in the showroom but they won’t do the job. She couldn’t explain why, she just said “Jack just said he won’t do it, and he’s the boss”. I said I was extremely disappointed with how they have treated me and that they couldn’t even tell me the reason why. So I canceled the hold I had on a spa with them. I suggested if they were honest with me from the start and they didn’t want to travel outside of Geelong region (if that was the reason, I can only guess) or if it was the job itself, at least came back to me earlier than 8 weeks, I could have at least sourced the rest of my landscaping work from a landscaping company. Now 1 week out from Christmas and I have no landscaping trades booked in for the new year.
My take away from Leisurescape Pools and Spas is; transparency, honesty and just treating people with decency is not their strong suit when it’s not in their own best interests.

Highly recommended. I was exploring swimming spas and Shannon at Leisurescape pool & spa had kindly helping me for nearly 1 hour, answered my all sorts of questions. He is very professional and answers were detailed.
I surely will return once we decided which spa to choose from. Plus they do fencing and landscaping as well.
