Very good product with above and beyond customer service. Superb craftsmanship the owners of leather jacket shop provided me with a quality product at a exceptionally affordable price. I’m truly great full for the customer support I received from the owner when I requested it.

I am very happy with my purchase from this shop. Good quality leather, lining and stitching. Being a big chap I had to order a custom sized jacket. I had a hard time finding one my size. They sent me a guide of which measurements to take. Even thou I did them myself the jacket is a great fit. I highly recommend this shop.

I ordered a terminator styled motorcycle jacket, and I received it in fair amount of time despite the COVID-19 pandemic. The jacket size fits me perfectly. I did not expect the jacket to be so heavy, lol. But its good for motorcycle riding and casual stuff. Totally satisfied. Thanks

I brought 2 jackets as one was M and the other L. Both were fantastic jackets. I took the L and donated the other to the children's hospital to raffle off. They are well made and look fantastic. I will buy another off them when the time comes.

I bought two jackets. Both were good quality at a great price. Prompt delivery and good email communication. I recommend this business.

Absolutely disgusting customer service.

No email updates after almost 2 weeks as detailed on the website, re progress of jacket production. So I sent an email after a week with no reply.

I sent a second email at almost 2 weeks, a few days before the website states I should have received my jacket.

They replied saying my order had been overlooked and offered me a full refund or to select a jacket from the ready to ship range.

These jackets were cheaper than the one I ordered.

I asked why they couldn’t just make the jacket I ordered as a priority.

Then I sent a second email and selected one of the ready to ship jackets, asking for a discount due to their error. The total discount I would have received was around $30, not much in the circumstances.

They then cancelled my order and stated they issued the refund without any further consultation.

Do not buy from this company.

Very bad customer service. Didn't make the jacket on the measurements which customer gave them. Made an excuse by giving the jacket some kind of "increment" on their own. Don't even bother try to reply email.

Emailed an enquiry. Website advised a response in 24 hours. 5 days later still no answer. Not sure a company that sells clothes online and doesn't respond to enquiries can be trusted.

Update. After being advised "Sizes are on the size guide"
My original enquiry related to the length of a particular jacket.
The website lists the below sizing:
Body Chest
Jacket Chest
Sleeves
Shoulders
None of these refer to the length of the jacket.
My trust in this retailer has been further eroded.
Why would i send hundreds of dollars to organisation that is not aware of the content on their own website?
