I have a toyota kluger wich have been called for a recall by the company for fixing leaking pipe 8 days today since they claimed ordering the pipe and no answer.

Not happy with their used cars and it’s pricing, better before you buy it ask price for other toyota dealers as well, then buy otherwise you could lose thousands and can’t do anything. And check the car properly, their mechanics do the service and road worthy but even can’t check the wiper blades and tyre pressure.

Exceptional care and assistance provided by the team. Sid was so helpful with the whole process and we are very happy we had a chance to go with him for our new car.

Today I had dropped of a Toyota Hilux at LeMans Toyota Deer Park for a warranty call regarding an issue with a registration bracket.

I attended this morning without any greeting from the service department and was ignored when I approached the first service manager.
After waiting around 5 minutes, standing next to my car a staff member took my details and said that I was meant to be there on Wednesday. The staff member said they will fit me in regardless as this is only a quick fix.

When we scheduled the appointment, we were told it would be done on the spot whilst we wait.
Today the staff member Cody told me to come back after 1PM.
I then had to organise an Uber home at my own cost.

At 1PM I received a call from Cody saying that they weren’t able to rectify the faulty rego bracket due to how it’s been configured.
Werribee Toyota had looked at this previously on the 13/12/21 and said it can be done. We only took the car to Deer Park as they are the closest and most convenient Toyota dealership.

Every time I’ve had to deal with LeMans Toyota, there has always been issues from;
Lack of communication between staff members, horrible customer service skills and quite frankly rude.

The only reason we use Toyota servicing is simply due to the extended warranty purposes.

Now I still have a potentially dangerous car to drive without any resolution or recommendations on how to get this issue resolved.
I will be following up with Toyota recall support.

Called them up to check when my rav4 would arrive. They hung up on me halfway through me trying to explain that I didn't remember my sellers name but that they could just look up my name and address.

I want to thank Binh for his consistent excellent customer service. I have actually bought two cars from Toyota with Binh’s assistance - a brand new 2007 Toyota Yaris (back in 2007 when Binh was working at Le Mans Footscray) and recently a 2021 Toyota Kluger at the Deer Park branch. He was helpful from the get go, setting up test drives for me with a few different vehicles and was prompt in contacting me about my vehicle when it was ready for pick up. It only took 3 days for my brand new Kluger to arrive at the dealership. I’d happily purchase another car in future with Binh as the salesman.
