Le Mans Toyota - Deer Park

Disgraceful service from the sales team to the service department. Waited 7 months to have issues fixed from delivery. I’ve been back 3 times to finally have the issue resolved. (11 months after delivery) I’m looking to purchase another 2 brand new work vehicles this year, and it won’t be through Le Mans Toyota.

Picked up RAV4 hybrid waited more then One and half year but worth to wait.
Sid was great and update me all the time. Nick in finance who is the best.
Sid help us through out the process, and made us exited when we pick up the car.

I purchased the prado this year Jan 2023 and the sales rep told me the second key will arrive in Feb and said we will give you a one year road assistance for the key delay. It is been more the 6 months now and after repeated emails to Kavin still no response. I later came know that this one year road assistance is provided complimetary by other toyota dealers. Very disspointed.

I bought a car from them and 2 months later it had a issue related to dashboard button lights and brought it back to them and they kept my car for 3 days and didn’t resolve issue than i have to take my car back as its my daily drive very bad experience. Still the issue exists and car is under warranty

Just got my car serviced today at this dealership, usually I use a different dealer but they didn’t had earlier appointment so I checked with them and luckily got one, first time I met AHMED who was taking care of my car what a great personality and what a customer service he has provided now just because of AHMED I will choose this dealership for next service though it is bit away from my place but for a good customer service always win.
