Great food great service in fact the meals were fantastic only down side items took so long to appear but apart from that the experience was wonderful will definitely come back.

Great food and attentive service. I love French cuisine, so its not surprising that's this is one of my favourite restaurants in Australia. Entrance is unimpressive but well worth the visit when inside.

Overall It was a very good experience. The only problems I had was that the bread that came with the snails wasn't fresh, one piece I dare say must have been at least 2 or more days old. It would have also been much better if the bread that was there with the butter to be served warm and sliced and the butter taken out of the wrapping like what you usually get.
Other the above everything was great.

Nice french food, but missing the flair we have experienced in other similar establishments. Its tasty, and the service is good, but something is missing.

Although somewhat hard to find, this restaurant was a beautiful surprise. Great old fashioned service, very warm and intimate space.
The food was absolutely stunning, and we will be returning to try more!

A hidden gem along Blackburn Road. You wouldn't even notice the signs for the resturaunt unless you had a real keen eye. Very classical decor inside, you can tell that the place is one for the locals, and have clients probably going back decades. Food was simple, presented in a basic manner but overall flavours were decent. Escargots definitely a winner there. Wine was great.

A little hidden gem of a restaurant. The food was absolutely perfect and the wine was even better. Staff were great. Very reasonably priced and the meal sizes were just perfect. I'll be back for sure!

Limited menu. But what they offer they do really well. The duck was exceptional. Our new go to place for homey unpretentious delicious French cuisine.
The only blemish is the insipid weak coffee served.

This is truly a fabulous night out in every aspect. You will not be disappointed. The Coquille Saint Jacques is exceptional: as are the crepes suzette.

I'm so so glad to have found this place! I was looking for ideas for my wife birthday's dinner and my friend suggested a French restaurant. I thought I'd surprise my wife with French restaurant with old fashioned feel, warm and cozy environment and also because my wife loves French food and this restaurant not surprisingly met her expectations! And mine. Love it. It's in my local area too! Oh blessings.

Been coming to this resturant for years upon years. Always great service and amazing food. Don't let the old decor scare you away. The food is absolutely to die for.

Cosy friendly atmosphere, all the staff were very attentive. The food was out of this world my wife and i could not believe it. Thankyou for a great evening.

Could not fault either atmosphere, food or service. Noisy celebratory table in middle of restaurant could have been asked to 'tone down' but otherwise we had a perfectly happy experience. Intend taking our daughter & son-in-law there very soon for a meal very soon.
