Vermicelli salad with lemongrass chicken

New to the peninsula and saw the great reviews. But all serves were tiny and cold. Satay chicken had gristle, yuk, and barely any sauce. Sugar cane pieces were tiny for $15. Veggie dish was sogged out. What happened? Would try again but not a great start.

What a great little place to grab a nice dinner with a friend. Loved the entrees so much we didn't get to the mains. Service was also very good and very friendly.

This is our favourite Vietnamese place. I love that everything is gluten free, but it's the flavours that name it great. The lemongrass chicken is so good, and the soft shell crab bao are really yummy.

Great variety of options on the menu, lively restaurant, very nice food, staff is very friendly, easy parking and all accredited gluten free food. Thank you for a great experience.

Ah maz ing! Love this place and as a coeliac it's so good to be able to chose anything on the menu! Staff are fantastic. No pics we ate it to quickly

Ate at Le Feu tonight - had heard great reviews. Unfortunately it didn't live up to the hype. There didn't appear to be attention to ensuring all diners scanned in and I had to ask a staff member to wear her mask properly. At the end of the night there appeared to be a staff meeting at one of the tables - masks please! The food was hot. But lacking in full flavour. Felt over priced for what was served. You have to go to the counter to order. Our order was taken incorrectly. Lovely night celebrating friend's birthday but service & food disappointed.

Delicious Vietnamese inspired GF dishes. Loved the big bowls of vegetables/salad with meat, tofu or spring rolls:)
The duck curry was a winner at our table.
My coeliac daughter indulged in GF dumplings and crispy chicken, usually off limits to her!
Beer and wine was GF also. Had some interesting cocktails too on the menu.
Quick table service and a very small restaurant mean it's not a place to linger.

Fantastic food and GF beer on tap! Happy beyond belief at the standards, speed and friendliness here.

Only down sides where it was pretty cramped and since we were sat opposite the door it got really drafty (people holding the door open while singing in to QR code etc)

Delighted to find this fabulous restaurant just off Main St. Great food, great service and well priced. We will be back.

Beautiful fresh food dishes with a fusion of flavours. My Sher Wagyu beef curry was delicious as was my partner’s warm Vermicelli noodles salad bowl with grilled chicken. Starters were ginger prawn dumplings, delicious! Great value!

Fantastic rice paper noodles, excellent understanding of different dietary requirements. Reminder to customers is that some of the staff speak English as a second language, but well worth it for delicious gluten free food.

I finally got around to eating here and I was so impressed with their gluten free KFC fried Chicken! I’ve been dying to eat fried chicken since burning coeliac and this is pretty amazing. The bbq lamb ribs are so delicious, juice sticky tender fall of the bone. Great peeking duck and yummy springs roles. Shocked they were gluten free!

Absolutely delicious food 100% gluten free! Clearly all made on site, nothing mass produced. Sensational service as well. What a hidden gem!

The cuisine being served is Viet with a lot of twists, with a lot of vegetables. Big servings for a larger group to share.
Recommend to try out the duck breast curry, pork belly, lemongrass grilled chicken. Taro chips are definitely a plus when you checked in on social media while waiting for the food to come.
Staff are welcoming and always pay attention to customers' needs.
Strongly recommended if you crave for something different down the bay area.

Good not Great

Food didn't quite hit the mark. Crab bao was delicious and would order again. Korean Fried Chicken was underwhelming. Batter crisp and not oily, chicken not moist. Sauce was straight out of a bottle, was expecting a more authentic gochujang sauce. My friend order the caramelized pork bowl, she said the flavours were good but pork was dry. Hopefully, this was a one off average experience. Also prefer to order with a waiter and not at a counter.

Delicious fresh food and great service. Marisa offered some advice on menu selection and we weren't disappointed! The soft Shell Crab Bao were fantastic!

Le Feu are currently running on a reduced menu for just takeaways and deliveries but that doesn't matter - it's all the good stuff. Smelled amazing for the drive home and tasted even better when eaten. The calamari was delicate and lightly fried, spring rolls perfect, lamb ribs delicious.

Looking forward to dining in in future, I think it will be an even better experience.

Nice restaurant. Had my daughter baptism here. However, I found the food a bit pricey and food a bit too saucy. (too much sauce). But food are well presented and staff are very attentive.

Grateful we got to dine here prior to lock down! Food and service is absolutely amazing! Cannot wait to get back and takes some friends to experience the beautiful food
