Not happy at all bed bugs crawling all over us broken bed microwave didn't work and the shower U had to stand up against the wall to get wet

The owner is rude, obnoxious and her customer service skills probably came from a kinder suprise.if you dont care bout your clients that pay for your bills then dont bother being in buissness.

An amazing motel to stay in. Clean room and comfy beds. Lyn is amazing to accommodate us in the last minute. I appreciate allocating me a room on a quiet side of the motel

The owner is very rude. The carpet is atrocious, the toilet leaks and air con makes a lot of noise and doesn’t produce any cool air whatsoever. The fridge hasn’t been defrosted in years and nearly cools at all. There was even bugs under the bed. Surprising the beds are comfy and clean but even the budget friendly price doesn’t make this a good place to stay at

Staff I met was friendly enough but the rooms are basic and showing their age. No internet connected TV so no Netflix et Al. For those travelling for business, no breakfast and no restaurant charge backs.

Large motel complex, about twenty minutes walk from town, with large clean rooms, except excessive damage. For example, cracks in floor tiles, broken wardrobe door, and the smoke alarm was removed, and not replaced, which is a breach of duty by the owners. Also vermin, and painful, injurious spiny grass spindles, making the place especially unsafe to bring children, if they were to play outside barefoot, or with thin soled shoes. The bathroom sink was partially blocked, and the fridges in both rooms had not been defrosted for ages. The tv also didn't work.
I thought it was a poor effort by the owner since the motel was mostly empty, they could have put me in a properly maintained room, at no inconvenience to them.

Room was huge. Bedding was fantastic

SHOWER WAS NOT THE BEST. WOULD NOT STAY UP AND TOO CLOSE TO WALL.

Room service is bit out of reach because no intercom. No food options. But the staff is polite and friendly.

This place is absolutely disgraceful. I wouldn’t let my dog sleep here. The shower and toilet leaked. The bed side tables were falling apart. The owner was rude and very unwelcoming. The photos that you have online are false advertising. Seriously would not recommend staying here.

$100 night / 3 nights. Room not serviced once. Not even fresh linen. Invaded by small black ants. Staff were very friendly on check in providing local information. Location is out of the CBD and quite enough.

Rooms were very outdated, nothing like the photos when I booked it, also there were bugs and spiders on the carpet and on the sheets, wasn’t a pleasant stay unfortunately.

This place, is quite old, but it was clean and tidy, the managers greeted us with a very friendly "Hello, how may we help you". The service at this little motel was impeccable, our continental breakfast was brought to us the night before, which meant that we just had breaky when we felt like it. Great idea. And it was reasonably priced as well. Its just a little bit out of town, but it was very quiet. Loved it.

Very peaceful, immaculate room, free washng machine, excellent place to stay, the manageress is extremely helpful. Very close to main shopping area, would definitely stay again.

A beautiful place to stay. Very tranquil. Can get busy, but it's not overly noticeable. Had a very peaceful rest here. Staff were friendly and helpful. A stunning and very interesting place to visit

Quite ok and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately wife took ill and visit curtailed. Will visit again.

Management' always go out of their way to assist or help you, stayed many times like it will use again.

Okay in terms of cleanliness, but old and lots of ants. Stay there for a quick overnighter but have low expectations.

5* based on its value for money and how polite the lady was who checked me in, power shower, plenty of parking space, within walking distance to the centre.

Staff & service are very good but the rooms are showing wear and are badly in need of renovation.

For $86 dollars for a queen bed note bad.the only I can't get the air con to work.room is dated.staff ok. I hope it's not noisey. I have late check out.would like to sleep in.if it is noisey I will change my rating
