We had a lovely experience, I have 4 children of different age groups, it was great for all ages! All the kids had a great time, looking forward to coming again.

I jumped into the foam pit and suffered multiple fractures to an ankle bone in my foot after I struck the concrete base below the trampoline.
Staff told me the equipment was not faulty and have not followed up. 7 weeks post injury now and have been unable to walk since.

Great place overall, not too pricey fun for the entire family and joyful overall to bounce around or do the ninja warrior course.

We put the children on trampolines and ignored them while we drank coffee. Later there was cake. The nachos were better than expected.

One of the nicest play centres I’ve visited. Appropriately sectioned off for different age groups.

Busted both feet jumping into the foam pit with my son.they gave me know answer on how that could of happened when there's foam and a trampoline base. Which I compacted with there concrete floor, they where very quick to told me trampoline and foam pit had no faults. 2 weeks of work very upset they didn't even follow up to see how I was.update responded to the email still waiting for your reply 2weeks on bloody joke

Zero stars is that's an option, especially for Basecamp Cafeteria and staff.

I placed a very simple order for Chips and Nuggets, and it's been more than half and hour I am waiting to collect the order. No rocket science, no difficult thing to make. I have been asking after every 5-10min to collect my order, but staff kept in telling please wait.

I politely asked to cancel my order, but I was told I will not get. Refund even if I cancel, where in Australia do they do that except Lattitude. This doesn't happen anywhere.
Btw I am still waiting to collect my order.

Came here for Kids zone for my lil one, never ever will I come due to such treatment.

Pathetic customer service is the only word I have

Bought an adult and child entry to assist my 3 year unaware that kids under 5 are restricted to all areas except the kid zone which he’s outgrown. Went to get a refund for my adult ticket and they don’t give refunds. Gave us a voucher but we won’t be returning at least until he’s 5. Wouldn’t recommend for kids 3-4. ‘Bounce’ has more opportunities for kids that age.

Great deal on 2 and 3 hrs sessions. Wish they had 3 hr sessions on weekend sessions evening with food bundled

Great place but really busy so my kids had to wait before they could enjoy certain sections.but still worth it.

I am so disappointed from the kids area. Many big kids, who are older than 5 years old, were jumping in the kids area which make it scary and dangerous for the little one

Love this place, great for the kids and parents. Wish there was a better selection of food at better prices though.

Great place nice and clean kids had a ball. My only negative is the staff need to be a bit more friendly.

Kids had a great time, lots to do in the under 5s ares. The party host was very friendly and attentive to the parents and the kids especially. Would definitely have a party there again.

We came just for the toddler area. My kids love it. Food is expensive (it usually is at places like this). Toddler area majority of the time has lots of dishes left on tables.

Great place and reasonably priced. We were in the young kids section. The idea of booking by the hour on weekends is a fantastic idea. It helps keep numbers to a level that allows for fun without kids running everywhere bumping into each other.

This place is great for trampolines and climbing. I don't mind the cafe upstairs either, good for a coffee

Great place for kids but the staff are what make it great. We had a boy lose his shoes. He was in tears and the staff went our of the way to help. Later when the kids were eating the host worked hard to bring it all together. Great to see young people give great customer service.

Had our first visit here today. Was thinking of having our daughter's birthday party here but quickly changed our minds. The little kids area was extremely messy, there were food scraps everywhere, and as many balls outside the ballpits than inside. Possibly understaffed, who knows, but they need someone allocated to tidying up for each new session. When it comes to cleanliness and management, it easily falls behind other kid's entertainment venues. Had higher hopes for this place, we probably won't return.
