So much fun, the best bounce in Melbourne. Well kept and nice workers. But… it was better when it was called latitude.

Had my triplets birthday party there a few weeks ago and it was a great experience.
It was easy to arrange, and all the kids had a fantastic time!

My son had a great time, he loved the all the different activitiesavailable. Bounces' online booking and offers made it very easy to book session, will come again.

My kids love coming to Bounce. There is so much to do. My son’s favourite is the Ninja course.

Max Lambeth is the best employee in this facility it would be no good without him give him a raise

We booked the Sunday, 9.30 - 10.30am session at Bounce Inc Heidelberg. Good service and clean environment. Really enjoyable BOUNCE time for the whole family on the weekend. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Simon trainer were good and helpful throughout the party. Llavan Sanjev had an awesome time with his friends celebrating his birthday. His friends were happy with the activities.

I would highly recommend Bounce. A great entertaining place for children. We had a great time last Saturday.

Highly disappointed in staffs customer service not only did we order 3 coffees they were not what we ordered they all had suger (yuck) then I had a staff member approach my 7 year old son mid jump to tell him to get off immediately his hour was up you bought a child to tears (wonder how your staff still have jobs really with this treatment) when questioned about why this happened we were then told sessions were only an hour you need a website overhaul staff overhaul or even just a business overhaul cheers a very disappointed angry mother.

Love this place. The variety and equipment is great. Love that the kids can jump together on the trampolines.promo is a great deal for school holidays.

Just finished an hour session at Latitude with my 2 kids. My daughter had great fun climbing. My son wasn't keen on climbing and wanted to go on the trampolines instead. We were wearing grip socks from another trampoline centre (Bounce) and were approached with 10 minutes left and asked to buy Latitude socks or get off the trampolines. Buying additional grip socks for 10mins jumping when the socks we had were perfectly fine is outrageous. Try explaining this to a 6 year old. Completely rediculous and unreasonable! It's clearly just a marketing ploy because the socks are the same. Next time we'll just go to Bounce.

I give it 4 out of 5 is very good for anyone above 5. Unfortunately under 5 don't have anything special that we haven't seen in crocs for example. The plastic balls is a bad idea. It should be foam balls instead. And kids under 5 should have space where they can use kids bicycle. It would be a nice add on. Overall is good if you live close to it. As for rest if us with under 5 kids there are better place near us.

Very bad customer service at party check in, lady was very rude, will not recommend this place to anyone!

We had 6-7 parties here in the past, and they were fine, staffs were very great. Today we had another birthday party, we arrived quite late, so we did not get socks for kids to play in the centre, I came out to ask for it! No, she did not give it to us.for SOCKS? Oh c'mon, how hard can it be? We paid so much for the parties 6-7 times already to be treated this way! No more!

Massive area for kids and adults. They have loads of trampoline areas, rock climbing area, tightrope area, Ninja style area and a younger kids area plus more. Very good value for money and the food and coffee was excellent. Great staff too. Only complaint was not enough toilets considering the size and the amount of people there. Highly recommended

Rock climbing was run only for the first 20 minutes of the 1 hour we got and no one told us. My kids were looking forward to rock climbing but they missed out. A couple of other activities were run for 20 minutes as well. There was no information about it anywhere.

One of the best play centre I visited in Australia. A massive play ground for kids of all ages. An easy way to burn the energy of the kids. Will visit again.

At a higher level of design and nicer equipment compared to other trampoline places (which look cheap in comparison). Climbing walls are challenging for 6 and 10 y/o, which is good for next time. Food value is good but please improve the beef burger) 20210625 Friday night 3hr session inc food - and been other times.

Great staff and great environment for kids and family to hang around. Cafe serves great coffee:)

I didn't have the best experience but that's not down to latitude I was unfortunate and injured myself and was disappointed that I couldn't go on the large variety of activities available but had a great time watching my daughter.
