70I am very happy with my first session. Explanation at the begining was good and clear. Girls look after you, making sure you are fine.
Already got my 3rd session done, it is worth every single penny spent. Highly recommend and the staff is super friendly and lovely.

Alex did my laser and she was very friendly and advised me throughout. I've been to other laser clinics and always had to wait a long time for appointments. Laser clinic at Melbourne Emporium booked me in at super short notice. I'll definitely be making this my go to laser clinic.

I used to do my underarms, upper lip and Brazilian in other clinics. I chose this one thinking I would get better service but when I went there the girl who treated me made me feel very uncomfortable. First, she told me that she wouldn't do my upper lip because she couldn’t see hair, I asked her why and she became upset and her answer was I’ve told you many times already. The worst part was while she was doing my Brazilian, it was so painful and instead of waiting or making me feel better at least with good words she just became even more stressed and started to say “please don’t move because I can’t continue” and then she said “ you want to do it or not “ of course I wanted my friend or what do you think I was paying for? Very bad bad experience for me I won’t ever go back.
Had a 5 step microdermabrasion done with Carla and was the best experience ever. Previously got it in Sydney but her practical and customer service skills were excellent. Carla was very attentive so felt real pampered! Strongly recommended it!
Excellent service! I was full of questions on arrival for my first ever laser hair removal consultation but the staff here are well knowledged and answered my questions in full and calmed my nerves too. Looking forward to my next appointment knowing I'm in great hands!
