On the 30th of Jun 2023 at 2: 59 pm, I had a terrible experience at the Emporium store, I had purchased a Beard sculping pack of 6 sessions based on the promotion and information displayed on the website. During the consultation, I was informed that the procedure just covered my cheeks and the line right under my mandible and that I need to pay extra for the countering of the lower part of my beard saying that this is a different treatment. (Neck)

From my point of view as a customer, the information provided on the website isn’t clear or is a malicious “fake advertisement”. It should be clear for this treatment that it only covers the top part of the beard otherwise, for many years, my understanding, and the understanding of many men of what the beard is, apparently has been wrong also the barber shops.

I am a current client with another treatment but after this, I am not sure if I want to keep going with any of the treatments, I made a formal complaint and nobody has been in touch.

The information displayed on the website needs to be updated, to be honest with what is offered to potential customers.
