Disappointing service by people with little human skills. To help solve my internet problems I was sold (and returned) many products that I did not need or did not work. Wasted a lot of my time and money here.

What I like about this company is the value of different computer they have in stock and the trust of the staff knowledge on which to buy, so there's always a computer you can choose from. For example if you want a laptop for your business work but you don't want to spend a lot on it, the staff will be there to help you decide which laptop would best suit you and enjoy
[Online sale] Initially contacted Landmark to see if the item was in stock (it said it *was* on the website). It wasn't in stock, they told me it'd take a week to get the item in. I went ahead and purchased the item. Waited 2 WEEKS for them only to tell me that they couldn't get the item in at all.
Total garbage company, don't bother ordering online with them. The prices might seem good until you realise they don't actually have any of the items in stock (dropshipper?) 0/100.

The best prices I could find for the networking products I needed and outstanding customer service throughout my whole experience. Upon discovering that I needed to return an item, I was advised of the process of returning; the goods were returned and all sorted without any hassle. Furthermore, I received a call right after placing my order to check if the item should be sent to a business address. They are also extremely knowledgeable about their own products.
