28 Absolute legends, I was in need of a video card and it had to be here today, they were able to take my order and ship it out in a hurry.

I have had an experience with Landmark Computers. I've ordered a Toshiba Laptop online. This was my first time to order a laptop on line, Niyant from Landmark Computers went above and beyond to help me with any questions. The laptop was delivered within 2 days.

Ordered a new monitor, they were out of stock but contacted me straight away and sorted it out. Sent and received a different model straight away! Brilliant service!
Good experience with LMC.
Placed the order for a number of PC's and was called within an hour to update me with status and discuss as one item was on backorder. Was presented with an alternative for this but I chose to wait, and was told the timeframe.
Happy to say that this was accurate and sure enough a few days later received dispatch details and the PC's arrived next day.
Would and will use LMC again.

I needed my laptop which was running very slow upgraded to Windows 10. I was able to book it in and have it upgraded within a matter of days. Very professional, efficient and speedy service. Great central location in Melbourne's CBD. Thanks for your great service in fixing my computer.

Ordered online, they took the money. A week later, nothing. Called. Twice. Eventually get someone and apparently they have "shut down the factory in China" and they couldn't get the product. Wouldn't recommend.

I've bought a total of 6 computers from LMC at box hill. Too bad they've closed that shop down.why?
Invested $4,000 in a computer workstation, which they recommended for video editing. The computer can barely even play back a HD video without lagging and freezing. Their technician instantly passed me onto HP overseas who are just impossible to deal with. Go elsewhere.
Extremely poor service from technical department. Dropped a laptop off to repair and promised it will be done the next day, did not call to confirm error, the technician went to replace the hard drive without asking, then once I chased them up, he said replaced hard drive and could not recover data. New bill $189. Original quote was $90 for repair and $85 for new hard drive if required and will call me to confirm, their explaination was the hard drive for $85 was not available and replaced it with a $100 one. I had the original quote written down on my phone, simple solution, keep your customers informed. When I went to pick up the computer, the technician was extremely rude, handed me the bill and ushered to accountant to pay, did not bother to even say hello, I asked if I could test it, wouldn’t even bother to help me find a power plug as the computer was out of battery.
Been a customer for years but service has become disgraceful. You could stand at reception all day without staff as much as looking at you.
The prices are not always the best but you can find a wide range of products for both home users and corporate offices. Most of the time we make orders through the online store or telephone and we have been very happy with the quality of the services. Would recommend to anyone.
