The customer service is always very kind and friendly, and professional. They remember all the time what I had last time. The vegan options are amazing and delicious. The place is very clean nice and tidy and modern. I come here almost every morning now during the holidays to have my ice soy matcha.
We would like to see if it is possible more vegan sweets and pastries. We recommend 100% this place.)

Cofee is ok. Food was terrible. Chips arrived at table seemed like it was a day old and reheated. Chicken katsu was very greasy.

There aren't many cafés in the north, and Lan Thornbury is a rare gem. The staff there know their coffee and menu, so asking for recommendations makes an interesting experience too. Really like their batch brews and weak long black. Food wise - tasty with some innovation that makes dining in great. Real nice spot to catch up with friends as there isn't loud music blasting overhead. Highly recommend!

I love this place! The owner and his staff are lovely, the aesthetic is soothing, the coffee is the best I've found, and every meal I've eaten here has been delicious. My kids love their food and babycinos as well.

Great menu providing some very tasty Japanese choices alongside more standard cafe fare. The toasties also look good.

I ordered a side of mushrooms with my breakfast. I got ONE mushroom. I complained and all I received was sorry. But still charged. Been a few times and it's nice and the food is fresh and well presented. But that is not acceptable in my books.

Awesome fusion brunch place, and great coffee with a very inspired menu! Service was also very friendly. Would just suggest the toasties were served on bigger plates- kept losing bits of the filling trying to cut the BBQ Pork toastie on my tiny plate. Yes, could use hands but prefer not to. Loved coming here and highly recommend!

Found this place whlist in this little town moments from the city, well WOW the staff are freindly, helpful, clean and the food and coffee was soooooo good highly recommend it, even if you have a dog to sit outside with you they cater with water for it too.

Wow. In a fairly dull shopping strip this place shines. A huge selection of speciality coffee beans and really nice inventive Asian-inspired menu. Had two batch brews, both excellent, including a really funky coffee grown in China

Great service unfortunately l had to dash out quickly for a meeting the ambiance was fabulous next time l stay longer.

Place is lovely and relaxing, staff are friendly and attentive. We had two of the toasties which were packed with flavour (even the tofu/mushroom and spinach one!).

Things that we didn't like were the multi grain bread felt like supermarket bread. Our coffee's were just OK (could have been the brand of almond milk). The bathrooms were also very basic and didn't suit the vibe of the rest of the space which was peaceful and beautiful.

Interesting selection of beans on offer and I really enjoyed the single origin from China.
The crab dish was also good value!

One of my faves, great place to have a pot of tea and some focus time for work, the food and coffee is always wonderful and the staff are super lovely.

Service is great, the other food was good but unfortunately I was disappointed with the pancake. It was very hard to cut into and it’s like cutting into rubber slippers.

Awesome pan Asian breakfast options! Portions look small but very filling. Delicious coffee with lots of blend and variety of options, Definitely will be back.

One of my favourite cafes in Melbourne, High-quality coffee beans, excellent customer service, and friendly staff, makes me so enjoyable spending time here, talking to their teams. They will be more than happy to give you hits about coffee knowledge. You will not regret choosing this place.

Great rotation of coffee on the batch brew. This means i get to try new coffee regularly and this has become part of my daily WFH routine.
