I was a little concerned after reading some other reviews but I can say I was pleasantly surprised with our time here. Visiting from out of state for a 21st celebration, we had a blast dancing and singing along—Shoutout to the AMAZING band Radio Star, who played the best set. Drinks were awesome, bar staff were A+. We had a great time. Thanks!

Literally got glassed here and the staff could not have cared less. No effort what so ever was made to investigate the incident. Staff are disrespectful and care more about getting their money than their patrons safety.

Good venue but the staff have always been rude & often aggressive. The only nice people are the girls behind the bar.

Not worth your time, but neither is anywhere in Geelong. Very rude, inconsiderate staff who appear to make up the dress code on the spot since it isn't put up anywhere.

Absolutely discussed in the way the staff and security treated people they rule of no drinks on the dance floor is stupid as it literally takes up most the room and security so rude shining flash light in your face 24/7 and I was leaving because I was sick of the way staff treated me and my friends the security ended up pushing me on the stairs for no apparent reason and chocking my friend when walking up the stairs very unnecessary and a disgrace

If it's too loud, you're too old.actually you're probably just too old. I definitely was. I shall never drink again.haha

Most pathetic and unreasonable security I’ve come across to my trip to Melbourne. I’m from Northern NSW coming down for a weekend trip for my sisters birthday, first time to Geelong, first bar/club we are at.
My partner lit a cigerette in the outside area, and immediately got told to leave, as soon as security mentioned it wasn’t a smoking areas he put smoke out straight away and apologised for misunderstanding this outside corridor, and mentioned we weren’t local and had just arrived, without reasoning or understanding, just complete egotistic security thriving off authority. Very disappointing trip down out in Melbourne. Will never return here or recommend to anyone. Disgusting

Hasn't changed in 20 years from what I could tell. Relaxed vibe, great night out with the crew.

Haven’t attended but manager Lachlan and beautiful staff looked after my brother who was really unwell, made sure he was safe and hydrated and stayed with him for nearly 2 hours before i could get there. Cannot speak highly enough of the staffs consideration and compassion.

LOVED this place went in for friends 18th buying drinks dancing enjoying the night went and sat down to catch a breath and ended up getting kicked out for no reason due to sitting down for to long man handled my girlfriend and myself and told us to go elsewhere but couldn’t give us an explanation on why we were kicked out. Wouldn’t recommend!

Worst club I’ve ever been in Australia. There’s definitely a deference between Melbourne and Geelong. 5M vs 200K population represents the difference between an urban city vs rural one. Racist as and the bouncers are obviously as dumb as we you can find one.

Free entry and half price drinks on Sundays for hospo workers, but your feet stick to the floor, lambys is the best place to get wasted and dance

Their security too busy root women then doing their job, second week in row saw one of them pick up a lady and take her in his car before even thier shift ends hhh

It is what it is. Generally if you end up here the memories of the night are a little vague. I think it was a good end to the night ‍️

This place is a portal that takes us into another universe. Love the band every Saturday. A good place to enjoy ourselves without a care in the world.

It was our first time at lamby's and it didn't disappoint.
It was a fantastic atmosphere at lamby's, cheap and good drinks which we're not accustomed to.
Staff were friendly.
Will definitely be back

Caring bouncers talked drunk and cheeky me out of starting trouble with the police, and carried me to safety. Saved me may hundereds of dollars in fines etc. Thank you.

Good place for a night out in Geelong, if you’re a lady then maybe not so much, if there isn’t an event on or anything there can be a few too many males, some creepy males as well. Lambys is a cool venue, upstairs and downstairs accommodates for everyone.
