Its a really good supermarket, you can find quality product on good price. Staff is very helpful. They have amazing coffee shop inside. The owner of supermarket is very rude. Rest the place is amazing.

Quite large with plenty of fresh vegetables, fruit, deli, lovely cake section, cafe, fresh fish, meat and large variety of cheese and home made dips, bread etc

One of the only supermarkets I’ve been to that doesn’t feel like a supermarket.
Warm feeling. Aromas that entice.
Brilliant layout. Great staff. Didn’t make me feel like a burden but welcomed me with a huge smile under their masks.
Coffee was awesome.

Layout great, variety pretty good, price, not great, but not bad.
Could also do better with more varieties of tea to choose from.

First and last visit to the store. Found multiple staff members to be not only unhelpful but borderline rude. Will not be returning.

Fantastic place to get a range of goods! Got some fanatic pre made meals, pasta, cold cut meats and cheeses. Staff were lovely and had great customer service. Checked out the cafe for a coffee and some brunch - superb!
I will definitely be back:)

I don't write reviews but on this occasion I couldn't hold back.

Use to love going here especially for breakfast at the Cafe & then grocery shopping.
Haven't been for months & what a disappointment on what it use to be.
The Cafe is choice less with options & ridiculous prices. Gone are the nice choices & vibe it lived upto being a go to place for breakfast & shopping.
The grocery section has also downsized with variety & choices.
Aisles are all spread out that you can play tennis in.

SAD that this place has gone backwards.won't be my or family/friends one stop shop anymore!

Great supermarket, great high quality products. Good place to find fresh fish.
Prices for green veggies and fruit slightly higher then suburban greengrocers.

Lots of gourmet and artisan foods, good quality, $$$$ hadn't been there for a long time disappointed in how they have cut down their grocery range and spread out their aisles to try and fill space that was filled with stock the last time I was in.

Second visit. What an awesome store. Variety of deli, meats, supermarket type store. The indoor cafe was great. Be prepared to spend money, but worth it. Staff are nice too. Going again soon. Seriously wish they could open our end in south-east.

Excellent selection of supermarket products but with a specialised continental twist. Love the pasta, deli, cake shop and cafe. Very impressive selection.

My local and I love to browse the store after purchasing my coffee. Produce is always top notch. It’s easy to loose a couple of hours here, doing a regular shop, but also checking out new things in store.

The approach to supporting staff and the community during covid-19 is fantastic. I was able to shop and buy a full cart for the first time in weeks without being surrounded by people.

Staff here and the layout of the store is exemplary for hospitality and 5 star service. The produce is always fresh and of the highest quality

Had lunch in their cafe. Walked through supermarket. Very clean, wide aisles and nothing stacked in them, wide range of products. Didn't take time to check prices. Massive store; going to put aside half a day in the future to explore thoroughly.

Cafe not as good as it use to be and not as much variety in supermarket. I'm sure that Covid has something to do with this

I have recently had the worst experience with the patisserie at La Manna. After purchasing multiple cakes from them for years, they have obviously become greedy and are now charging ridiculous prices for their cakes. They recently charged me money for a cake that was by no means an ample size for the cost and despite my polite feedback (I never once asked for any sort of refund or credit), but instead just wanted to pass on my constructive concern, they went to great efforts to tell me I was wrong and sent me multiple condescending messages saying so. They didn't once ask me how I might like it to be resolved or if there was anything they could do to offer assistance to improve my experience, and instead just became defensive right away. Such a poor customer experience. I will never purchase an item from their patisserie again.
