Steve B was extremely helpful on the purchase of my new Seltos. From test driving it, to explaining the car and answering my many questions he could not of been more helpful. He was accurate and truthful about the current wait time and it arrived as expected. He was always able to answer any questions I had while waiting and always got back to me. A fantastic sales person who nothing seemed to hard to answer and was honest the whole way through the process. I would recommend him to anyone looking at buying a Kia as he was wonderful to deal with and not pushy at all between the test drive and deciding to order the car.

I went there to pick up a part and innocently I forgot to wear my mask. The lady (Rebecca) in service department told me to wait outside as I didn't have my mask on but her co worker sitting next to her was not wearing the mask and the other worker had their masks on their chin. Rather then offering me a mask she was rude and refuse to serve even though the staff around her were not wearing mask and told me to wait outside which a trade Customer was very disappointing and disrespectful. She need to change her attitude working in a reputed dearlship. Not going there again or recommending as there are other dealership around.

I could not find fault this Kia team at lakeside. Steve Bochenek was the champ whom we dealt with. He was very approachable, accommodating, and always available in assisting all our queries from pre-sales and until now-post-sales. He kept us updated from Day 1 until the delivery day and made everything smooth for us. Big thanks to Sarah too in assisting us in the after care enquiries and Laura for the insurance.

I've heard horrible stories from other Seltos owners from forums and FB groups about their experience in their respective Kia dealers but none of them I experienced in Lakeside Kia, so I am fortunate to acquire my Seltos GT from this dealer. Well done and keep it up team.

After spending a few of our weekends in the dealership to test drive a number of the kia models they had to offer we were always greeted and treated as serious customers from Steve and the other staff members, no matter how annoying I feel like we were.

We knew what we wanted in terms of performance and features, but we didn't know what we needed to pay for these extras. We were not pushed into anything we were not comfortable in spending, instead i feel like we were educated further and knew we were getting value for our money instead.

We love that Kia has a 7 years warranty which also gives us a peace-of mind when purchasing a long term family vehicle. Not to mention the extras like paint and interior protection services for the lifetime of the vehicle.
