My wife and I were the market for a new car. When we walked into Lakeside Kia we were approached by Rey the salesman. He made us feel at home from the beginning. He listened to what we had in mind. Absolutely no pressure. We sat in few cars and once we sat in the Sportage GT we knew this was the car. After thinking about it for a few days we returned and Rey organised a test drive for us. We put the deposit down and it’s a waiting game. We are so happy with the outcome and it’s all thanks to Rey and Kia.

Went here to service my daughter's Kia Sportage. Upon entry treated with the warmth of a smile and professional customer service. I was very impressed and kept informed of the progress of my daughter's car service. The customer lounge is set up beautifully, self-service coffee machine, etc. Highly enjoyable, experience.

Window switch front passenger side replaced under warranty, no hassle at all but when we picked up the car, the door trim was dirty and full of finger marks. NOT HAPPY JANE.little attention to detail (clean your own mess) goes long way and no bad reviews.

Sent car for a 60k service on a Saturday.
Service was done in approx 30 minutes, which was unusually quick.
Car wasn't washed when I picked it up.

Went to see a bit bigger car for growing family. Even through we weren't planning to buy it that that the service we received from Izzy was amazing. He was very nice and thorough. Almost bought it Izzy was very knowledgeable and even we said no Izzy was very professional. What I meant sometimes when you turn the deal down you get that negative vive from sale person in this case never felt that.

Great service from the team at Lakeside Kia, Caroline Springs. When ever I drive away it always feels like my car has been taken care of, including a wash and vacuum its a nice feeling. The only downside is more often then not when given a time frame for the car to be ready its normally about an extra 30min wait before its ready.

The team at Kia Lakeside are amazing! Steve B and Izzy were amazing help with getting my first brand new car! We highly recommend!
