Ladbrokes Park Sandown Racecourse

Venue is scattered and needs work. Attended a Hobby fair at the venue. People at food kiosks could learn a bit about customer service.

The model railway show (boats and aircraft too) was a great day for visitors. Plenty to see and experience. My bent is the model trains. Plenty of large inspiring layouts. I was helping out with the Puffing Billy Paradise Valley display. My favourite display was the bridge building which I am personally interested in for my own home layout.

This place still performs in so many ways, horse racing, car racing, and special festivals like Lunar New Year, Vietnamese TET.

Racetrack is excellent. Amenties are so dated. A nuclear explosion here would be a significant improvement. Staff are always nice and courteous.

Sandown Park, in November its Sandown Cup Horse racing, A great event similar to the Melbourne Cup where there is a pleasant atmosphere, people get together to have a punt and have some friendly drinks with friends, Entrance fee is $25

Come here every yea for the V8 supercars, recently had the opportunity to drive on the track through Audi and Pirelli.so much fun! Such a great track and a great time!

Track needs resurfacing and general upgrades. Could be much better than what it is. Feels like it’s run by the old Vic roads or the Cuban government.

Melbourne's remaining metropolitan motor racing circuit and equine racecourse. Easily accessible from the city via public transport.

Haven't been there for the races. But the once a year Caravan and Camping Show is very good. Much better than the Melbourne one. For me anyway. Parking is easy and FREE. There is again FREE transport inside the premises if you need.

Great day out watching the supercars. Lot's to see and do. The roar of the engine's going past the grandstands is just amazingly deafening. Can't wait to go next year!

Fan friendly motor racing track, with 100% view of the track from the grand stand, Victoria's best racing facility's, I rate it even higher then Phillip island, only Calder Park tops it

I've been going to this Track for many, many, many years now,
It's my closest track to go to the Supercars from home.
Biggest RIP OFF, IS having to pay extra for the last couple of years,
To sit in the Grand Stand! SHAME ON THEM! ! ! ! ! !
Also, NOT a good place to get food,
If you're Vegetarian like me
I eat Healthy, and ONLY things I could get was Fried food
Note To Self: Pack You're Own Lunch, Like I normally do

Good atmosphere, was here for the sandown 500. Not much in terms of Entertainment for kids this year (2018) take away food is not great for what you pay.

Tried to buy track side parking. Was told it was sold out. Up until the race end I was waiting to see the parking to fill up. There was heaps and heaps of parking and I was left thinking they wonder why not as many people go to watch. Ticket entry prices where over the top and people where getting sent away and told park was sold out. Will be the last time I go to watch a v8 supercars race. Poorly managed and over charged entry price.

Horrible weather when I went but the staff were lovely. The little burger truck was expensive but so worth it - freshly made on the spot.

Great track and facilities but definitely need to partner with some food and coffee trucks for open track days.
