Wonderful service at La Porchetta Watergardens! Special thank you to staff member Nicole who made my son’s birthday extra special with ice cream. We’ll be back!

Went on Saturday for dinner. The mains were nothing special but their desserts were disgusting. I order the mixed berries pancakes. Got one stale cold pancake and the berries were off. My niece that’s 10 makes better pancakes. My sister order the cheesecake which was heated and not fresh and our coffee and tea were Luke warm even though we asked for hot coffee and teas.

I won’t be coming back.

Took my inlaws out for dinner to la porchetta for a special occasion.
Kids were running around jumping and screaming around the restaurant with parents or staff saying or doing nothing.
Staff sitting on a vacant table cleaning cutlery right next to a family eating there dinner.owner/ manager didn't care about anything nor asked me or my family how my meal was.

Never going there again.

Ordered a heap of pizzas for a get together with work friends and the staff were so incredibly friendly and thoughtful and helping to make it happen! The food was fantastic and it was made right on time for me! Absolutely amazing job all and thank you

Went to La Porchetta just recently on Saturday night. Ordered the risotto but what I got was definitely not a risotto. Our food of pastas and my risotto came out in about 5min after ordering. My risotto had the appearance of something resembling a fluffy chinese fried rice with chunks of chicken and mushroom thrown in. There was little flavour, dry with virtually no creaminess or sauce, you could tell it wasn't cooked together that the pieces were just mixed in after cooking. I can honestly say it was the absolute worst risotto i've had. Maybe their other food is ok at this place. I tried some of my family members pasta which was ok. And I believe they are more known for pizzas so maybe that's what i shouldve ordered. Not up to standard if you ask me or maybe the chefs on duty that night were clueless on how to make a risotto and sent out a meal unprepared.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at La Porchetta in Taylors Lakes. I ordered their Chicken Parmigiana, and I was not disappointed in the slightest. The portion was generous, and the chicken was perfectly cooked, tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. I opted to replace the napoli sauce for the mexicana sauce, it was rich and flavorful, the quality of ingredients used was evident in every bite.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, cozy ambiance, coupled with friendly, attentive staff. It's clear that they take pride in their work and care about their customers' dining experience.

Revised Review.
Last Review was 4yrs ago (Bad experience). Since then we have visited 2 more times. A few months ago the food was in fact great! Atmosphere was fairly good and 1 lady was polite and talkative (sometimes while eating).
17/08/23 the food was absolutely disgusting! Eldest and youngest kids got my favourite and they destroyed that, I got my Wifes favourite and they destroyed both pama's, middle child got his all time favourite pizza that came out with shiny puddles of oil where I said to the Wife it looks like it rained on the pizza.

Extremely loud ambience. Food was okay; average quality and taste. The service was nowhere near good enough (absolutely not expecting 5 star service, but it was just not good enough). We had to ask for cutlery (spoons - twice), a drinking glass (twice - as we were one short), our table water (which we ordered during drinks order), parmesan cheese for the kids spaghetti (twice). I've put in the word "twice", because we'd ask for these things, wait 5 to 10 more minutes and they wouldn't come. It was busy, but when this happens, you must have 1/ well-trained staff and 2/ enough staff.

We placed our order, and most of our meals we at our table in a timely manner, but they forgot one of the pizzas. The waitress tried to blame another team member, but she was the one that took the order (not that we let her know that) The salmon salad had so much salt on it. The plate was covered in it Other meals were fine.

Ordered a vegetarian and Margherita pizza and very disappointed because when I opened my pizza there was meat on it and I am a vegeterian. Never ordering here again.

Tried a pizza with the lot & it was magnificent. If that is the normal standard of their food, I'll be a regular.

I've had a few of these pizzas now, on different days of the week & at different times (lunch, dinner, late), & the quality is always there. I drive 20 minutes from Sunshine for these pizzas, & they never disappoint.

Ideally located, La Porchetta offers the italian food variety that have made it famous.
The ambience is modern, welcoming, spacious and family oriented.
The service staff provide a professional, friendly and fast service, thus are attentive to customers needs and wants.
The food is deliciously tasty, with a traditional Pizza made as requested by customer.
So if its Italian you crave when at Watergardens, then look no further, as La Porcheta is the place to go.
Plenty of on site parking available.

Just good consistent food and value for money. Great atmosphere for families, this is our family’s regular place to eat out!

Stopped going to La Porchetta years ago. Reason the food they use was far from authentic Italian. Salami with no pork, olives from God knows etc. Last night we enjoyed our pizza's but the house wine was pretty average. Will return though.

Not too bad but not fantastic. Was a little busy. Food came out in a reasonable time. They were doing alot of take away.
My pizza was ok. Could have been cooked a little more in my opinoun. Too much topping to be honest (i know that might sound strange to some people but i prefer a good base and good ingredients) and the parmesan on it was average. My partners pizza was better. Cooked a bit more.
Overall an ok experience.

I ordered large with the lot and bruschetta pizza, order come out in good time my kids had kids meal meals where a great size all in all was a great atmosphere and the service was lovely good job keep it up

Good family environment, food was good. Given was a Saturday night dinner, staff was somewhat disorganised had to change table a few time for sitting arrangement.

Been coming to La Porchetta at Watergardens for decades now. From being the only eatery there to now being one of many eateries. I have to say still number 1 in the area. Great food and not expensive. Keep up the good work.
