Unfortunately pizzas arrived cold after delivery driver struggled to find, what should have been an easy address.
Had the pizzas been delivered hot, this review would have been 5 stars.
Let down by delivery driver!

When we went there it was packed so they opened up the first floor for us and we had a dedicated waitress that made us feel so welcome.
It would have beeneasier for them to turn us away, I am so thankfull to them for making our night a special one.

Staff need better training. We ordered kids drinks but would have been helpful to inform us soft drinks are included in all kids meals. When order was repeated, waitress didn’t know how to pronounce one of the most popular topping pizza ‘capriciosa’. When we finished our meals, the waitress wanted us to do her job and pass down all plates, cutlery and glasses to her so it got so ridiculous I had to tell her we would leave instead. So before a few of us left the table, 3 waitresses were in our way clearing out the table. Food - pizzas were oily and that feedback was coming from kids. The special beef salad was advertised as thinly sliced but was served thick and chunky. One of the kids also found small hair at the bottom of the ice-cream cups. I’ll end it with a positive and say the renovations has brightened what was a very dark and dated restaurant

So sick of every time we get the Indian driver he dumps our food on the ground outside our door without waiting and if he even bothers to knock its one knock and he's in the car before I can even open the door unacceptable and I would really like to get my extra onion is never there but the food is good and never had a problem with delivery time

The price was expensive and the pasta's had no flavour. It's meant to be Italian but they use Australian parmesan cheese. Worse I've ever tried. Won't be coming here again

Will never go back. Way overpriced for what you get, the cucumber in the salad was off and mushy and other meals very average.

Air conditioners were struggling and ineffective and the outside temp was only around 27. Great food, but the place needs some money thrown at it.

The other day went there with child and grandfather. We kindly asked a staff member for some more parmesan cheese because their was barley any in the tin they gave us and the staff member told us in a rude voice that we had to finish it first then we could have some and we never got any we told the owner and he didn't seem to care and brushed us off defiantly will not be coming back very upset

Got a delivery of wedges and a chocolate calzone with icecream I paid 3.90 for extra scoop and got maybe a half a scoop and not even a handful of wedges $39 later I'm a local and I'm sick of calling them up about things I think it's the last time I'm buying anything

Stopped in on Sunday night. Staff was super friendly, food was nice and not a long wait time for it. A nice place for our quick dinner.

Our menus and table weren't cleaned unfortunately, at least place was quiet for a Saturday lunch, ample space. Food 'okay' but not reflective of the updated menu prices. Service was friendly and otherwise okay. Toilets were upstairs and not super accessible.

About the 12th time they've forgotten to include the $2 parmesan I ordered and paid for. That's $24 of mine now just gone into thin air. I let it go every single time because I never felt I could say anything or call the delivery person back over such a small item, but for goodness sake, get it together. I love your food, I am a loyal customer, I still will return, but please, fix your shortcomings! Also 3/5 times that I ask for a particular food item to be removed from my pasta, it is always still in there when delivered. I'm saving you money by asking for it to not be included in my order, so please, more attention to detail is clearly needed here. Again, I let this go, I never called or complained, but it's one time too many now. I am a loyal customer, please show me the same respect I show your business.

Food so good I became a regular, the bad part is I have put on weight from eating this food.so just don't eat here when you can eat some healthy food.

The pollo e funghi was saucy and delicious. You also can't go wrong with the cheesy garlic bread.
Arancini and the grilled fish was standard.

A fantastic family restaurant. If I could give 6 out of 5, I would! From my family to your family, sincerely, thanks you! Over 2 months, I have eaten nearly everything on your menu and every time without fail, the meal was delicious and as asked for. The service has been excellent and several times, nultiple staff have gone above and beyond to help us. Thank you!

3 weeks ago I ate in and ordered entree spaghetti amatriciana $18.90 it was great, so today I ordered main size… take away.
No wait staff were needed, no table required, no washing of crockery needed and it cost me full price of $22.90 & it was SMALLER than my original entree size.
Come on… surely take out should be a better deal than eating in!

We ordered a meat lovers pizza and a grilled chicken with vegetables
The pizza topping all fell off when picked up and was cold by the time it was brought out, the pizza had no sauce what do ever either, we asked for an entree and our pizza come out first and when we asked what the go was the young girl said oh did you want your entree first,

Our chicken tasted like it had been on a bbq plate not cleaned,
Not very happy won’t be rushing back

Honestly to be charging $25 for a large serve of spaghetti bol big enough to fill a cereal bowl you should be ashamed, my small chicken pizza $16.90 to which I added, pizza sauce (extra $1.00) provolone cheese ($2.50) bacon ($1.50) avocado ($2.50), total for pizza $24.90 remove tangy bbq sauce which on the menu says is $1, no discount, I’m all for making a fair profit but honestly your prices are outrageous, also your meatballs of which are $15 for 4 small is absurd considering
Mine arrived cold in the middle meaning they were heated from frozen, this is my last order, you guys used to have it nailed, now you’re slipping and will pay the price when customers stop coming back

Service was great, however 2/3 pizzas had hair on them, the raw egg on the Aussie pizza was a no go, the bruschetta was just not it and the vodka tasted like the local sewerage, like super cheap and not worth the money.bit of a downfall as tourists who thought this would be a great choice for dinner. Definitely not worth $30 each. Hate to be harsh but I just wouldn’t recommend!
