La Porchetta Pakenham

Came on a Tuesday night for dinner with my family the food was fantastic. The chicken Parma and steak’s were cooked so well every delicious, the 3 young waitress were every nice. Leah looked after us well. She was every friendly nice to talk to, she alway checked on us to make sure everything was going well. She cleaned all of our plates and bowls when done so they weren’t in the way every professional.
Definitely recommend

Managers don’t care
Myself my wife and 3 friends went on the 17/04/21 the first girl to serve us was really nice and professional, from there things went down hill fast, the two steaks that were in the order were not cooked correctly, the pasta in my meal was mush and the two chicken meals ordered ended up with both ladies in the toilet vomiting, the alcoholic brings were over poured and tasted horrible and the mock tail ordered by our dessy was not any good either, I observed the kitchen staff after the issues with the drinks and noticed that they were not wearing gloves or washing their hands and touching both cooked and raw products, when I asked to speak to a manager I was told that one of the ladies was the manager, but when I asked again to speak with a manager another lady came up, I explained the issues and compliments and her response was along the lines of “oh that can’t be our fault” DO NOT EAT HERE!

The beef burger (chefs special) was very tasty. Staff were friendly. Arrived at 530 so there wasnt much wait. My partner has a viel parmy which looked amazing.

Nothing but disappointment. Have ordered online at least 4 times and each time a problem and only found out about problem because I rang wondering where my order was great customer service NOT. And don't think getting a refund is easy either. They give you a number to call and all that happens is you get the run around. Definately won't be getting anything from this place again. Definately don't recommend.

Deplorable. We waited close to two hours for meals in a quarter full restaurant, and after contacting the elusive wait staff several times discovered that our meals were never ordered. By then half our party had already dined and were ready to leave. Our meals finally arrived which were barely warm and tiny portions compared to those that came out first. Totally spoiled our family Christmas lunch for the family. Never again.

Last time we ate there my meal was only just warm and it was not what I ordered or expected. Now I remember why I stopped going there.

Absolutely the worst dine in experience I've had food was burnt but cold waited over 2 HOURS FOR FOOD and forgot salads and drinks had to ask many times for help and they were just rude sorry but never coming back

Service was sooooo slow and after ordering drinks on arrival it took 40 minutes for them to come (No it wasn't busy or I would have understood) then drinks that were ordered didn't come at all! After 30 minutes waiting for a soft drink I thought if it takes this long then we'd better order our food as who only knows how long that'll be? Some meals e.g Parma's were hugely portioned and actually looked decent but the lasagna was undercooked, dry and bland. If I wasn't there for a birthday dinner there's no way I would've stayed but other's there for meals ended up walking over to the pub to get a drink in that 40 minutes and refused to order there! First experience of going to La Porchetta and my last! I personally wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone unfortunately you's need more staff and better service it was a generous 2 stars

Not as good it use to be a year ago. My husband ordered via uber eats and it was complete waste of money

We thought it would be a cheap night out, so we were willing to put up with poor service $70+ later.so many other places we could have gone for the same price. Lesson learnt.

Ordered 3 different pastas between me and a friend, every pasta we ordered was completely different to the next yet all 3 pastas tasted exactly the same bland as can be. The cabornara was just abused with cream and nothing else. The ragu was immensely watery it literally just tasted like water. The Gnocchi was overcooked it had the texture of wet sand. Couldnt finish any of the pasta as it was sickening to eat. Whoever is cooking out the back should be making burgers at McDonald's not making pasta. Cant say that we've had a worst dinning experience than this but this wins it. 1 star only for the waitresses who provided a excellent service.

Really good and tasty food, the arancini balls with the bolognese sauce were delish, the creamy pasta sauces werent thick enough but good flavours. Ill definetly go back

I recently ordered from the store via the menu log app, after not receiving my order within the expected time I called the store, they stated that my order was on its way, another 25 minutes later i received my order hot chips although felt like they had been reheated, a piece of steak that was stone cold, menu log was prompt in dealing with my concern and reimbursing my purchase, unfortunately the pakenham store has slumped in its customer service as in this instance it is clear that they had made a mistake in preparation and time management but rather than remake the order correctly and fresh, they let a below standard meal leave their store, lack of quality control and customer experience thinking.

Service was horrible. The meals were sent out at different times (yes we all orderd together) some people were finished their mains when others were still being served main meals (yes it was THAT slow). We waited 25/30min for a chocolate mousse that they forgot to tell us they didn't have any left. (they were going to make some.how long woukd that take to set? Lol REALLY)
I spoke to the manager (if that's what you could call her) to tell her about how upset I was with EVERYTHING. It was my birthday and we were ment to be celebrating and we spent the night asking where our food drinks etc was.
She (the so called manager) put her hand up at me and said she had already spoken to someone from the table. (she was lucky I was holding a baby or that hand would have been put up her bum (HOW RUDE) will not be going back!

People should make sure they read the menu thoroughly have never had a parma without ham until tonight. Oysters were delicious though

After paying nearly $70 for 2 meals, a garlic bread and a kids meal I am extremely disappointed! We arrived home excited to eat our meals only to discover that everything tastes of chemicals and melted plastic, the seafood is chewy and even the cheesey garlic bread is awful! We definitely will not be ordering from here again!

I do not recommend This place the staff are very rude and all they know how to do is rip people off in moneywise be very careful we were a victim we had 12 people and they tried to charge us for another extra food so we paid to keep the peace I do not recommend this place the old owners were good We will not go there any more they have lost our business

Bought 3 meals, the pollo e avocado was plain no flavour at all, the spaghetti and meat balls were plain as well and the garlic prawns.well the main ingredient was NOT present and all i could taste was cream as for the prawns they tasted like rubber way over cooked.
I would recommend to find another chief, very disappointed with our meals.
